Ce projet d\u2019envergure, d\u2019un investissement total de 25 millions de dollars, s\u2019inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 claire de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins croissants du march\u00e9 automobile de la grande r\u00e9gion de L\u00e9vis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construit selon les normes de r\u00e9novation Ford Signature, le nouveau b\u00e2timent totalise 80 890 pieds carr\u00e9s sur un terrain de 197 000 pieds carr\u00e9s. Il comprend une salle d\u2019exposition moderne de 7 720 pi\u00b2, un atelier m\u00e9canique de plus de 20 000 pi\u00b2, ainsi qu\u2019un d\u00e9partement esth\u00e9tique flambant neuf. Un stationnement <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">souterrain permet l\u2019entreposage de plus de 100 v\u00e9hicules, et des installations am\u00e9lior\u00e9es sont mises \u00e0 la disposition des employ\u00e9s, incluant salle de pause, vestiaires et salle de conf\u00e9rence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Ce d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement refl\u00e8te notre capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation, souligne Olivier Fleury-<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bellavance, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Groupe Ouellet. Le march\u00e9 du grand L\u00e9vis, en excellente sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, est en croissance importante depuis les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Notre \u00e9quipe engag\u00e9e et comp\u00e9tente s\u2019assure de ma\u00eetriser les connaissances requises afin de respecter les attentes de notre client\u00e8le.
