Elle englobe tout, des r\u00e8gles \u00e9crites et non \u00e9crites jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue par les employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1175\"><strong data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1175\">Satisfaction et fid\u00e9lisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1333\">Une culture solide peut avoir une influence positive sur la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s, ce qui am\u00e9liore leur fid\u00e9lisation et contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite globale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1927\">La culture d\u2019un lieu de travail incarne le caract\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise, fond\u00e9 sur des valeurs fondamentales comme la loyaut\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la transparence, la communication et le leadership. Chacun de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments est essentiel \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019entreprise. Une communication ouverte, le respect mutuel, des objectifs communs et un engagement envers la croissance et le d\u00e9veloppement influencent fortement la culture de l\u2019entreprise. Ce type de conduite traduit un engagement envers l\u2019\u00e9thique et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9, tout en montrant aux employ\u00e9s que l\u2019entreprise accorde de l\u2019importance \u00e0 ces principes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1955\"><strong data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1955\">Un impact consid\u00e9rable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"3387\">Pour beaucoup, la culture de l\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas un sujet auquel on pense souvent, mais son impact peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9rable. Nous avons r\u00e9cemment \u00e9largi notre service des ressources humaines, notamment en recrutant une gestionnaire RH d\u00e9di\u00e9e. En tant que comptable et strat\u00e8ge, ce domaine ne fait pas partie de mes comp\u00e9tences, nous avons donc fait appel \u00e0 une consultante pour superviser le processus. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019embauche, j\u2019ai discut\u00e9 avec elle afin d\u2019organiser un accompagnement pour notre nouvelle gestionnaire, estimant que nous ne pouvions lui offrir le soutien n\u00e9cessaire. Sa r\u00e9ponse m\u2019a surpris : \u00ab Je pense que vous avez une excellente culture d\u2019entreprise, et c\u2019est plus important \u00e0 pr\u00e9server et entretenir que de chercher \u00e0 correspondre \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le RH acad\u00e9mique. \u00bb J\u2019\u00e9tais persuad\u00e9 que notre structure RH \u00e9tait d\u00e9ficiente, mais la consultante a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que la gestion des ressources humaines va bien au-del\u00e0 des politiques et proc\u00e9dures : il est essentiel que les employ\u00e9s per\u00e7oivent et ressentent l\u2019engagement de la direction envers un environnement de travail positif o\u00f9 ils se sentent valoris\u00e9s, autonomes et importants. La candidate que nous avons embauch\u00e9e a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 sa connaissance de notre entreprise, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 cliente avec son p\u00e8re, et a expliqu\u00e9 que les commentaires de son p\u00e8re, ainsi que ses recherches sur notre organisation et notre fonctionnement, ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans sa d\u00e9cision de postuler.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3389\" data-end=\"3413\"><strong data-start=\"3389\" data-end=\"3413\">Relations et loyaut\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3415\" data-end=\"4107\">Dans une entreprise familiale, la culture est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fortement influenc\u00e9e par les valeurs familiales et la tradition, transmises de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Elle accorde souvent la priorit\u00e9 aux relations \u00e0 long terme et \u00e0 la loyaut\u00e9, au-del\u00e0 des imp\u00e9ratifs purement commerciaux. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs d\u00e9cennies dans le march\u00e9 secondaire, je repense souvent aux enseignements de mon beau-p\u00e8re. Ils sont profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9s dans ma mani\u00e8re de penser et d\u2019agir et influencent encore aujourd\u2019hui notre fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer l\u2019entreprise et de collaborer avec les autres. Ses principes \u00e9taient simples : \u00eatre \u00e9thique, \u00eatre juste et prendre soin des gens, qu\u2019ils soient employ\u00e9s, clients ou fournisseurs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4109\" data-end=\"4513\">Une culture d\u2019entreprise solide doit mettre l\u2019accent sur le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s et sur la construction de relations solides.
