Il faut garantir un environnement de travail \u00e9panouissant pour que votre personnel puisse s\u2019occuper de votre client\u00e8le avec un grand sourire. La p\u00e9nurie de personnel fait mal \u00e0 l\u2019industrie de l\u2019automobile, il faut donc user de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies pour attirer des employ\u00e9s qualifi\u00e9s ou des employ\u00e9s potentiels \u00e0 la qualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019y a aucune recette miracle, mais la reconnaissance, la valorisation, les conditions favorables de travail, la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9volution et la culture positive repr\u00e9sentent la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re de recrutement. Les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir ne seront pas de tout repos, il faudra donc am\u00e9liorer la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client afin de satisfaire la client\u00e8le \u00e0 100 %, rien de moins !\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regardez vos employ\u00e9s et analysez leur potentiel dans la hi\u00e9rarchie de l\u2019entreprise. Le personnel peut-il \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9 vers un autre d\u00e9partement ? Ouvrez les portes \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes opportunit\u00e9s \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s les plus fid\u00e8les et offrez-leur des perspectives d\u2019avancement et du soutien continu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Un plan de match<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plusieurs pratiques sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place dans l\u2019industrie, telles que la formation continue, le feedback, la communication et les programmes de r\u00e9compenses. Nous devons encourager l\u2019autonomie et donner au personnel la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre les d\u00e9cisions adapt\u00e9es aux besoins du client. Si vous investissez dans le bien-\u00eatre du personnel, celui-ci s\u2019assurera du bien-\u00eatre de votre client\u00e8le. Les concessionnaires automobiles se d\u00e9marqueront plus par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client que par le produit. C\u2019est quoi l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client\u00a0: \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9motions, des perceptions et des interactions qu\u2019un client vit avec une entreprise tout au long de son parcours, depuis la d\u00e9couverte de la marque jusqu\u2019au service apr\u00e8s-vente.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personnellement, je crois fermement que toutes les entreprises se doivent d\u2019avoir un service client, que ce soit \u00e0 l\u2019interne ou \u00e0 l\u2019externe, pour suivre celui-ci dans ses moindres gestes. Nous ferons face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis majeurs en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client\u00a0: sommes-nous pr\u00eats ? Un client d\u00e9sire des cadeaux personnalis\u00e9s, des valeurs ajout\u00e9es, des plaisirs gourmands (tirage ou autres), une exp\u00e9rience VIP et se d\u00e9marquer des autres clients !\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9tention du client est un vrai d\u00e9fi de tous les jours\u00a0: baisse de bons de travail, baisse du taux de fid\u00e9lisation, baisse du nombre de clients, baisse de l\u2019inventaire, etc. La r\u00e9tention est affect\u00e9e par la baisse de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9, les clients sont volatiles, cherchant toujours le meilleur prix et le service le plus rapide. Nous vivons l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019automatisation et les entreprises risquent de para\u00eetre impersonnelles, si celles-ci ne personnalisent pas leurs processus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est difficile de maintenir l\u2019attention des clients sur le long terme et c\u2019est pour cette raison que des strat\u00e9gies marketing cibl\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre en place.
