Le programme repose sur quatre piliers essentiels :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"1175\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"812\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"812\">Participer \u00e0 des salons de l\u2019emploi pour faire conna\u00eetre le secteur<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"908\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"908\">Offrir des bourses afin d\u2019encourager les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 poursuivre leur formation en carrosserie<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"1017\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1017\">Collaborer avec des fournisseurs cl\u00e9s pour remettre des coffrets d\u2019outils gratuits aux \u00e9tudiants boursiers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1084\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1084\">Soutenir la formation en entreprise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des stages r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1175\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1175\">Motiver les \u00e9tudiants en organisant une journ\u00e9e interactive baptis\u00e9e \u00ab Journ\u00e9e CARSTAR \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1268\"><strong data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1268\">Notre atout le plus pr\u00e9cieux \u2013 les personnes qui r\u00e9alisent les r\u00e9parations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1612\">\u00ab Chez CARSTAR, nous croyons que notre plus grand atout, ce ne sont pas seulement les v\u00e9hicules que nous r\u00e9parons, mais les personnes qui les r\u00e9parent \u00bb, affirme M. Collin Welsh, directeur principal de CARSTAR Canada. \u00ab En investissant dans la rel\u00e8ve, nous assurons l\u2019avenir du secteur de la carrosserie et contribuons \u00e0 son succ\u00e8s durable. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"2306\">CARSTAR a officiellement lanc\u00e9 son Acad\u00e9mie CARSTAR ce mois-ci en organisant sa toute premi\u00e8re \u00ab Journ\u00e9e CARSTAR \u00bb, en partenariat avec le Centennial College. Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement dynamique, des experts de l\u2019\u00e9quipe CARSTAR se sont rendus au coll\u00e8ge pour offrir aux \u00e9tudiants une formation approfondie sur les processus de r\u00e9paration, suivie d\u2019un atelier pratique sur les syst\u00e8mes ADAS en collaboration avec Collision 360. Plus de 50 \u00e9tudiants ont ainsi pu d\u00e9couvrir concr\u00e8tement les outils, les techniques et les technologies de pointe utilis\u00e9s dans le secteur de la carrosserie. CARSTAR a \u00e9galement fait tirer un chandail autographi\u00e9 des Raptors de Toronto parmi les \u00e9tudiants participants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2776\">\u00ab Je suis ravi de voir que CARSTAR r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit \u00e0 l\u2019avenir du m\u00e9tier et d\u00e9veloppe un programme pour les futurs techniciens, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de son Acad\u00e9mie et ses bourses \u00bb, souligne M.
