Ainsi, comment puis-je appr\u00e9hender un syst\u00e8me qui prend en charge ma conduite automobile si je n&rsquo;ai pas l&rsquo;information n\u00e9cessaire pour choisir entre plusieurs directives\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je commence par un premier cas o\u00f9 une dame \u00e2g\u00e9e se plaignait que le moteur de son v\u00e9hicule s&rsquo;arr\u00eatait par intermittence, mais sur une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e. Bien s\u00fbr, je m\u2019aper\u00e7ois qu\u2019elle doit apprivoiser les fonctions de base telles que les essuie-glaces ou les clignotants, puisque sa nouvelle voiture, qu&rsquo;elle utilise uniquement pour de courts d\u00e9placements, est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de technologies avanc\u00e9es qui peuvent appara\u00eetre d\u00e9routantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant l\u2019essai routier, elle m\u2019explique son probl\u00e8me. Source : Denis Pageau<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le v\u00e9hicule est livr\u00e9 au Centre de Calibration de la Capitale pour v\u00e9rifier l\u2019alignement et la condition physique du v\u00e9hicule. Cela comprend les tests et l\u2019orientation \u00e9lectronique des capteurs servant \u00e0 recueillir des donn\u00e9es qui informent les syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite (ADAS), tels que l\u2019alerte de collision avant (FCW), l\u2019alerte de sortie de voie (LDW) et le freinage d\u2019urgence automatique (AEB). Tout est en r\u00e8gle et s\u2019ensuit une conversation avec le client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de l\u2019inspection du v\u00e9hicule, nous avons constat\u00e9 que les r\u00e9glages d\u2019assistance du conducteur et les alertes d\u2019activation automatique \u00e9taient ajust\u00e9s au plus haut niveau de sensibilit\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire avec avertissement sonore et contr\u00f4le de freinage \u00e0 la moindre anomalie sur la route.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En expliquant au propri\u00e9taire les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019inspection que nous avions effectu\u00e9es, il nous confirme qu\u2019il n\u2019a re\u00e7u aucune explication sur les ajustements de navigation ou sur les messages affich\u00e9s sur le tableau de bord de son v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est \u00e9vident que les habilet\u00e9s \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser les protocoles num\u00e9riques de ces deux clients n\u2019\u00e9taient pas au point. Je ne les bl\u00e2me pas. Je me tourne plut\u00f4t vers la valeur d\u00e9grad\u00e9e du service offert par les gens qui leur ont mis ces volants entre les mains sans leur expliquer les rouages derri\u00e8re les nouvelles technologies automobiles.
