Face \u00e0 de tels \u00e9v\u00e9nements, un important sentiment d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 nous frappe tous.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons le choix de croire que ce sera absolument n\u00e9faste, que rien n\u2019ira plus, que le d\u00e9sastre est \u00e0 nos portes.<\/p>\n<p>Comment r\u00e9agir face \u00e0 cette ins\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2009? Pensons simplement \u00e0 la confirmation de notre statut de \u00ab\u2009secteur essentiel \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u2009\u00bb obtenue pendant la p\u00e9riode pand\u00e9mique, aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices que nous apportent les nouvelles technologies, qui assurent que l\u2019\u00e2ge moyen des v\u00e9hicules est en constante augmentation, \u00e0 la suspension des subventions pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un VE qui incite les consommateurs \u00e0 mettre sur pause le choix de leurs prochains v\u00e9hicules ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la pression \u00e9conomique subie par notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, favorisant les entretiens et les r\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n<p>Notre premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action face \u00e0 de tels \u00e9nonc\u00e9s est que le succ\u00e8s est plus possible que jamais. Toutefois, attention\u00a0: derri\u00e8re de grandes opportunit\u00e9s se cachent les plus grands d\u00e9fis. Cette fois, nos connaissances techniques et notre \u00ab\u00a0savoir-faire\u00a0\u00bb ne sont pas les seules solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019image de nos habilet\u00e9s \u00e0 poser le bon diagnostic technique sur le v\u00e9hicule, il nous sera imp\u00e9ratif de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019art du diagnostic humain, soit \u00ab\u2009le savoir-\u00eatre\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En lien avec ce constat, nos attitudes et nos comportements sont non seulement importants, mais indispensables \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation du climat de confiance.<\/p>\n<p>Le niveau de climat de confiance que vous b\u00e2tirez avec votre client devra \u00eatre bien au-del\u00e0 de votre image, de vos habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 bien r\u00e9parer et \u00e0 expliquer la facture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le coffre d\u2019outils du savoir-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les comp\u00e9tences associ\u00e9es au savoir-\u00eatre sont majoritairement li\u00e9es aux \u00e9motions.
