Vous pouvez m\u00eame envoyer des courriels \u00e0 vos clients leur rappelant la p\u00e9riode des pneus et l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;effectuer une inspection apr\u00e8s la saison hivernale ou en pr\u00e9vision des temps froids, pour s&rsquo;assurer du bon fonctionnement de leur voiture et de v\u00e9rifier les dommages caus\u00e9s par les six mois pass\u00e9s sur nos routes. L&rsquo;important est de se d\u00e9marquer, d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aff\u00fbt des derni\u00e8res technologies et, bien s\u00fbr, de le d\u00e9montrer \u00e0 votre client pour que celui-ci, \u00e0 son tour, en parle \u00e0 son voisin, \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue de travail ou tout simplement \u00e0 des amis.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ma part, rien ne me satisfait plus qu&rsquo;un nouveau client ou une nouvelle cliente qui me dit : \u00ab J&rsquo;ai entendu parler de vous gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un coll\u00e8gue de travail qui m&rsquo;a chaudement recommand\u00e9 votre garage. \u00bb Aucune publicit\u00e9 n&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 la cheville d&rsquo;une personne satisfaite de votre service. Je consid\u00e8re que le bouche-\u00e0-oreille est la solution cl\u00e9 pour vous maintenir \u00e0 flot pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es.
