Sous la th\u00e9matique de la voie vers <strong>LE SUCC\u00c8S \u00c0 VOTRE PORTE<\/strong>, des conf\u00e9rences de membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et de fournisseurs de services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ont partag\u00e9 bonnes pratiques et conseils pour permettre aux participants de progresser dans un march\u00e9 en perp\u00e9tuel changement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Le congr\u00e8s a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les attentes des organisateurs \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Mentionnons que les repr\u00e9sentants de 90\u00a0ateliers sous les banni\u00e8res ASX et VIPSTOP, ainsi que de 40\u00a0magasins membres et 97\u00a0fournisseurs de pi\u00e8ces et de services y ont particip\u00e9. Les formations techniques ou de gestion, tout comme l\u2019analyse du march\u00e9 du travail, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es des participants. M\u00eame le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Bonhomme Carnaval n\u2019a pu r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l\u2019attrait de ces retrouvailles et s\u2019est joint \u00e0 la f\u00eate lors du grand Gala de cl\u00f4ture. Tous se souviendront de son passage qui a pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 le tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 spectacle hommage au mythique groupe Queen, une performance offerte par le groupe One\u00a0Vision of Queen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00ab\u2009Nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement contents de ce succ\u00e8s qui a d\u00e9montr\u00e9, encore une fois, comment nos membres du Qu\u00e9bec et de l\u2019Ontario forment vraiment une grande famille. Nous avons c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 avec fiert\u00e9 le 65<sup>e<\/sup>\u00a0anniversaire du Groupe Monaco dans un esprit de partage et de respect\u2009\u00bb, a conclu Daniel\u00a0Boyer, directeur du
