Oui, oui, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, 421\u00a0000\u00a0km\u00a0!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le client s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 chez nous apr\u00e8s avoir constat\u00e9 que ses recharges rapides \u00e9taient soit impossibles ou soit consid\u00e9rablement plus lentes que d&rsquo;habitude, particuli\u00e8rement par temps froid.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est de faire une lecture des codes d\u2019anomalie pour orienter notre diagnostic.\u00a0 Le code en lien avec ce sympt\u00f4me\u00a0est le <em>P1BA5 High Voltage Battery Heating System Circuit High<\/em>.\u00a0 Pour que ce code soit enregistr\u00e9, la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019antigel doit avoir augment\u00e9 de moins de 2\u00b0C apr\u00e8s 30 secondes d\u2019activation du relais de chauffage.<\/p>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des VE a un syst\u00e8me actif de r\u00e9gulation de temp\u00e9rature de la batterie, afin de la garder dans une plage o\u00f9 sa performance va \u00eatre optimale pour son utilisation. En th\u00e9orie, la charte de diagnostic de ce code devrait nous faire v\u00e9rifier pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le syst\u00e8me de chauffage de la batterie, mais Kia \u00e9tant Kia, la charte est tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, et ne nous donne pas beaucoup d\u2019informations. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, elle nous demande de v\u00e9rifier le relais, qui se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la batterie haute tension. Dans la charte, on nous demande d\u2019activer le relais du chauffage afin de v\u00e9rifier son fonctionnement en \u00e9coutant le relais et en mesurant simultan\u00e9ment le changement de temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019antigel. Effectivement, cette v\u00e9rification nous confirme qu\u2019il ne chauffe pas, mais que le relais fonctionne. Cependant, rien de plus, et m\u00eame si on entend le relais, cela ne confirme pas qu\u2019il ait aliment\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de chauffage.<\/p>\n<p>La prochaine \u00e9tape consiste donc, logiquement, \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier que la haute tension parvient \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment. Avec des outils appropri\u00e9s, une fois l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9branch\u00e9 de la batterie haute tension et le circuit <em>interlock<\/em> compl\u00e9t\u00e9, nous pouvons mesurer le voltage \u00e0 la sortie de la batterie en activant le relais. Pr\u00e8s de 400 Volts. Avec cette mesure, on vient de confirmer que le relais et les fusibles \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la batterie haute tension sont bons, et que le remplacement de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de chauffage r\u00e9soudra le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Il arrive parfois que les constructeurs nous donnent peu d\u2019informations sur certaines composantes et leur fonctionnement.
