Habituellement, lors d&rsquo;une analyse diagnostique, la cause premi\u00e8re du probl\u00e8me peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 une seule d\u00e9faillance. Source : Stellantis<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><strong>Aucun probl\u00e8me au d\u00e9but<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">On nous a envoy\u00e9 un Ram 1500 2019 d&rsquo;un concessionnaire de v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;occasion avec un probl\u00e8me de d\u00e9charge de batterie. Le concessionnaire avait achet\u00e9 le v\u00e9hicule aux ench\u00e8res, n&rsquo;avait aucun historique du v\u00e9hicule, mais a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils pensaient que le probl\u00e8me avait commenc\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9taillage de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Nous avons d&rsquo;abord inspect\u00e9 le v\u00e9hicule chez le concessionnaire, mais le v\u00e9hicule ne pr\u00e9sentait pas de probl\u00e8me lors de la premi\u00e8re inspection. Nous avons fait transporter le v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 notre atelier pour effectuer un diagnostic plus approfondi. Apr\u00e8s avoir observ\u00e9 le v\u00e9hicule pendant quelques jours, nous avons mesur\u00e9 une consommation de 4 amp\u00e8res \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une pince amp\u00e8rem\u00e9trique inductive. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait beaucoup trop \u2014 nous aimons voir les v\u00e9hicules modernes sous les 100 mA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Un balayage des codes a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9, et nous avons observ\u00e9 plusieurs codes \u00ab U \u00bb ainsi que des codes pour une basse tension du syst\u00e8me (compr\u00e9hensible) et des codes pour plusieurs modules ne communiquant pas. De plus, pendant que nous observions le v\u00e9hicule apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir \u00e9teint, le tableau de bord continuait de s&rsquo;allumer et de s&rsquo;\u00e9teindre. Les modules qui s&rsquo;allument et s&rsquo;\u00e9teignent de fa\u00e7on al\u00e9atoire sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une indication d&rsquo;une d\u00e9faillance interne du module ou d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau du v\u00e9hicule qui ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eate pas correctement. Nous avons effectu\u00e9 un balayage topologique avec le v\u00e9hicule sous tension et avec le v\u00e9hicule hors tension.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><strong>Probl\u00e8me avec l&rsquo;EDM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Il n&rsquo;y avait aucun doute qu&rsquo;il y avait un probl\u00e8me avec l&rsquo;EDM (Module de Disque Externe) car il apparaissait comme \u00e9tant hors ligne en permanence. Il y avait aussi un probl\u00e8me suppl\u00e9mentaire : de nombreux modules restaient actifs apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;arr\u00eat du v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Nous avons ensuite analys\u00e9 le BUS CAN et constat\u00e9 que le r\u00e9seau ne se mettait pas en veille. La proc\u00e9dure normale consiste \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier que la passerelle re\u00e7oit le message d&rsquo;arr\u00eat du contact, ce qui \u00e9tait le cas, puis nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les modules sur le BUS. Lorsque le Module de Contr\u00f4le de la Colonne de Direction a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9branch\u00e9, le BUS s&rsquo;est mis hors tension et le v\u00e9hicule s&rsquo;est mis en veille. Source : Mark Lemay<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La Figure 1 montre le balayage avec le v\u00e9hicule en marche, et la Figure 2 montre le balayage avec le v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\"><strong>Deux consommations non li\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Pour r\u00e9sumer, le v\u00e9hicule avait deux consommations non li\u00e9es. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tait le Module de Contr\u00f4le de la Colonne de Direction qui ne permettait pas au v\u00e9hicule de s&rsquo;\u00e9teindre correctement, et l&rsquo;EDM avec une d\u00e9faillance interne qui consommait constamment de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Comme il est inhabituel d&rsquo;avoir deux probl\u00e8mes distincts, nous soup\u00e7onnons que cela s&rsquo;est produit lors du d\u00e9taillage du v\u00e9hicule, et que d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re ou d&rsquo;une autre, l&rsquo;eau s&rsquo;est infiltr\u00e9e dans les deux modules. C&rsquo;est une supposition de ma part, mais cela semble logique.
