En m\u00eame temps, vous avez peut-\u00eatre v\u00e9cu une diminution du personnel et \u00e9prouv\u00e9 de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 recruter les travailleurs dont vous avez besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Selon moi, il existe des strat\u00e9gies possibles pour affronter ces deux situations en m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, conserver votre client\u00e8le \u00e9tablie et la servir comme il se doit est \u00e0 mon avis plus important que d&rsquo;essayer de l&rsquo;augmenter \u00e0 tout prix. De plus, ils attirent de nouveaux prospects par leurs recommandations, et ce, sans que vous <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">n\u2019<\/span>ayez \u00e0 payer pour de la publicit\u00e9. Une bonne strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9tention marketing peut consister \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 vos clients, tout comme \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s et \u00e0 leurs familles <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">d\u2019ailleurs<\/span>, le meilleur rapport qualit\u00e9-prix tout en les faisant se sentir privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s. Pensez donc \u00e0 leur proposer un cadeau intelligent.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, offrez-leur, \u00e0 l&rsquo;achat de quatre pneus, un changement d&rsquo;huile gratuit applicable lors de la prochaine visite, si elle se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode de six mois. Le tout porte le nom et les couleurs de notre entreprise pour soutenir le sentiment d\u2019appartenance, bien entendu. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aussi est fourni\u00a0: lunettes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et gants de nitrile, pour ceux et celles qui le souhaitent.<\/p>\n<p>Selon moi, offrir un programme de formation peut \u00eatre une bonne source de motivation pour conserver vos techniciens ou simplement attirer de nouveaux prospects. Il est important aussi de bien \u00e9quiper votre atelier pour faciliter leur travail. Cela vous permettra d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le rendement et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de vos employ\u00e9s. \u00a0\u00a0De plus, vous leur montrez l&rsquo;importance de leur r\u00f4le et la chance de les avoir \u00e0 vos c\u00f4t\u00e9s chaque jour.<\/p>\n<p>Un client content et un employ\u00e9 heureux sont, \u00e0 mon avis, la seule bonne formule pour r\u00e9ussir et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une demande en constante augmentation. Veuillez prendre le temps de bien comprendre ce dont les employ\u00e9s et les clients ont besoin et attendent de votre entreprise.
