Le jeudi\u00a017\u00a0octobre, Fix Auto Dorval vibrait au rythme de la musique d\u2019un DJ. L\u2019ouverture officielle du dernier atelier de carrosserie \u00e0 rejoindre le portfolio d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien garni de Karim Zaidane survient trois mois apr\u00e8s que l\u2019entrepreneur en ait fait l\u2019acquisition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ils \u00e9taient une soixantaine de convives \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ce grand moment \u00ab\u2009en famille\u2009\u00bb et admirer le r\u00e9sultat final de cette \u0153uvre collective \u00e0 laquelle tout un chacun a particip\u00e9. \u00ab\u2009Ils me font bien para\u00eetre\u2009\u00bb, a lanc\u00e9 M. Zaidane avec un sourire, lors de ses remerciements. Il n\u2019avait que de bons mots pour ses employ\u00e9s, ces \u00ab\u2009gens qui travaillent avec leur c\u0153ur. Ces piliers sont les personnes les plus importantes dans l\u2019entreprise\u2009\u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9, avant de souligner le r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 que jouent \u00e9galement ses clients.<\/p>\n

L\u2019humain au c\u0153ur du succ\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les invit\u00e9s ont eu la chance de visiter les installations entre deux bouch\u00e9es, tout en sirotant l\u2019un des d\u00e9licieux cocktails cr\u00e9e sp\u00e9cialement pour l\u2019occasion, le \u00ab\u2009Collision Zaidane\u2009\u00bb et le \u00ab\u2009R\u00e9paration Fix\u2009\u00bb. Dans l\u2019arri\u00e8re-boutique, o\u00f9 s\u2019alignaient les v\u00e9hicules laiss\u00e9s aux petits soins de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, on pouvait admirer les banni\u00e8res suspendues au plafond\u2009; chacune c\u00e9l\u00e9brant un employ\u00e9 en affichant au vu et au su de tous, son nom et ses ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n

Les festivit\u00e9s refl\u00e9taient \u00e0 merveille les valeurs qui priment au sein des entreprises de M.\u00a0Zaidane. Une soir\u00e9e sous le signe du respect, de la reconnaissance et de la gratitude, o\u00f9 l\u2019humain occupe une place centrale.<\/p>\n
