Source : Goodyear<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>WeatherReady 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady 2 est le plus r\u00e9cent pneu toutes saisons de la marque. Bien que les pneus toutes saisons arborent le logo 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMS), peu de Canadiens les consid\u00e8rent comme un remplacement des pneus d&rsquo;hiver d\u00e9di\u00e9s. Il est plus probable, du moins ici au Canada, que certains consommateurs voient les pneus toutes saisons comme une am\u00e9lioration par rapport aux pneus quatre saisons.<\/p>\n<p>Le WeatherReady 2 offre une meilleure adh\u00e9rence sur chauss\u00e9e mouill\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce que Goodyear appelle les \u00ab rainures de traction \u00e9volutives \u00bb qui \u00e9vacuent activement l&rsquo;eau sur la route. De plus, la \u00ab technologie AquaTred \u00bb de Goodyear pr\u00e9sente une bande de roulement avec des rainures balayantes qui aident \u00e0 \u00e9vacuer l&rsquo;eau et la neige fondante. Source : Goodyear<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>ElectricDrive 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, le pneu ElectricDrive 2 promet une r\u00e9sistance au roulement r\u00e9duite, des distances de freinage plus courtes et une excellente tenue de route sur chauss\u00e9e mouill\u00e9e. Le plus important est que ce pneu est dot\u00e9 de la \u00ab technologie SoundComfort \u00bb de Goodyear, qui comprend une couche de mousse \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du pneu, con\u00e7ue pour limiter le bruit de roulement caus\u00e9 par la r\u00e9sonance de la cavit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons eu l&rsquo;occasion de tester deux v\u00e9hicules Tesla Model 3, l&rsquo;un apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;autre, tous deux \u00e9quip\u00e9s de pneus ElectricDrive 2. La seule diff\u00e9rence entre les deux \u00e9tait qu&rsquo;un pneu \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une couche de mousse \u00ab technologie SoundComfort \u00bb, et l&rsquo;autre non. Nous avons conduit les v\u00e9hicules sur une piste d&rsquo;essai sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour maximiser le bruit des pneus, et la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux jeux de pneus \u00e9tait significative. Source : Goodyear<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>DuraTrac RT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, nous avons eu l&rsquo;occasion d&#8217;emmener les pneus Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac RT dans la nature. Le parcours d&rsquo;essai hors route nous a fait traverser des dunes de sable, de l&rsquo;eau profonde, de la boue et un terrain tr\u00e8s rocheux. Nous avons \u00e9galement grimp\u00e9 et descendu des pentes abruptes.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau pneu DuraTrac RT remplace la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de DuraTrac, qui a fait ses d\u00e9buts en 2009. Alors que le pneu de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pr\u00e9sentait une conception \u00e0 deux plis, le nouveau en a trois. Il est \u00e9galement dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une couche de Kevlar pour une r\u00e9sistance accrue aux perforations.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment distinctif est que tous les nouveaux pneus DuraTrac RT arborent maintenant le logo 3PMS. Bien que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de pneus DuraTrac \u00e9tait disponible avec le 3PMS, certaines tailles ne l&rsquo;avaient pas.
