C\u2019est pourquoi Domenic Prochilo, directeur de l\u2019exploitation de Simplicity Soins d\u2019auto, invite les ateliers \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger la formation continue de leur personnel, car elle est importante. \u00ab\u00a0La formation et le d\u00e9veloppement de notre personnel sont primordiaux, souligne-t-il. En raison des turbulences que conna\u00eet notre secteur, nous devons nous efforcer de rendre notre personnel meilleur aujourd\u2019hui qu\u2019il ne l\u2019\u00e9tait hier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une approche en trois volets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de formation, Simplicity a adopt\u00e9 une approche en trois volets. Le premier est la formation r\u00e9gionale, qui a lieu tous les trimestres. \u00ab\u00a0Nous sortons les employ\u00e9s de leurs ateliers, nous les r\u00e9unissons dans une salle de conf\u00e9rence d\u2019un h\u00f4tel local et nous leur transmettons des enseignements sur les principaux enjeux actuels du secteur, explique M. Prochilo. Il s\u2019agit de la rentabilit\u00e9, de la mani\u00e8re d\u2019effectuer des r\u00e9parations neutres en carbone, de la meilleure gestion du processus de r\u00e9paration et de la formation en estimation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me volet est la formation en personne et sur place, que Simplicity Soins d\u2019auto adapte aux besoins de chaque franchis\u00e9 et de son personnel. \u00ab\u00a0Si nous formons un propri\u00e9taire d\u2019atelier qui vient de rejoindre Simplicity, nous lui proposons un programme complet qui inclut la gestion de l\u2019atelier, des directives en mati\u00e8re d\u2019assurance, le processus de r\u00e9paration Simplicity et bien plus\u00a0\u00bb, affirme M. Chung.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e du programme de formation en personne varie \u2013 de quelques semaines \u00e0 quelques mois \u2013 en fonction des besoins de chaque franchis\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Nous nous concentrons sur les lacunes et sur les besoins de chaque propri\u00e9taire d\u2019atelier et de son personnel, ajoute M. Chung. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une formation tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9e et tr\u00e8s pratique, qui va au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une simple exp\u00e9rience en classe.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me et dernier volet du programme de formation complet de Simplicity Soins d\u2019auto est la gestion d\u2019entreprise, que M. Prochilo d\u00e9crit comme \u00ab\u00a0un examen approfondi des chiffres et de la situation financi\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019un atelier de carrosserie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous commen\u00e7ons par les bases, en expliquant quelles devraient \u00eatre les marges brutes en tenant compte de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, des pi\u00e8ces, du mat\u00e9riel et de la sous-traitance, explique M. Prochilo. Nous leur apprenons \u00e9galement \u00e0 bien d\u00e9chiffrer leur \u00e9tat des r\u00e9sultats, quels types d\u2019\u00e9carts sont acceptables et comment g\u00e9rer leurs ateliers selon ces chiffres. Nous examinons ensuite l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s et plusieurs autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Simplicity Soins d\u2019auto prend la formation au s\u00e9rieux et propose les trois niveaux de formation gratuitement \u00e0 ses franchis\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0Notre objectif est de rendre l\u2019entretien automobile simple et abordable pour tous les propri\u00e9taires de v\u00e9hicules dans le monde, conclut M.
