Cette transaction fait suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9vision strat\u00e9gique de la division de pneus hors route, annonc\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, dans le cadre du plan de transformation Goodyear Forward. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La division de pneus hors route de Goodyear fournit des pneus hors route de premier choix partout dans le monde pour l&rsquo;exploitation mini\u00e8re en surface et souterraine, la construction et les carri\u00e8res, ainsi que pour les ports et les industries. Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 un accord de fourniture de produits qui sera conclu avec Yokohama lors de la cl\u00f4ture de la transaction, Goodyear fabriquera certains pneus hors route pour Yokohama dans certaines de ses usines pendant une p\u00e9riode initiale pouvant aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cinq ans apr\u00e8s la cl\u00f4ture de la transaction. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La transaction est soumise \u00e0 des approbations r\u00e9glementaires, \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres conditions de cl\u00f4ture habituelles et \u00e0 des consultations et devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e d&rsquo;ici le d\u00e9but de 2025.
