Cela \u00e9tant dit, je crois qu\u2019avant d\u2019employer cette solution, il est souhaitable de faire l\u2019exercice d\u2019analyser ses op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es sont l\u00e0, il s\u2019agit de les consulter.\u00a0 Quelle est la valeur moyenne des factures, comment se r\u00e9partissent les revenus selon le type de clients, les services que nous offrons sont-ils tous rentables? L\u2019atelier tire-t-il le maximum de ses \u00e9quipements et des comp\u00e9tences de ses techniciens? Offrir de nouveaux services peut \u00eatre une approche tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante pour diversifier ses sources de revenus. Mais avant de foncer, il faut certainement s\u2019assurer que l\u2019on est en mesure de le faire de fa\u00e7on rentable et sans diluer l\u2019expertise technique de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ces indicateurs, l\u2019atelier peut se comparer \u00e0 ses confr\u00e8res d\u2019un m\u00eame r\u00e9seau pour qualifier sa performance.
