\u00ab Une cam\u00e9ra ne marche pas sur mon auto. Une cam\u00e9ra ne marche pas sur ma Tesla Model 3 et par cons\u00e9quent, quelques syst\u00e8mes ne fonctionnent pas, et je crois qu\u2019il y a de l\u2019eau dedans. \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

C\u2019est la plainte officielle du client qui s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 mon atelier.<\/p>\n

Il faut avouer que pour une grande majorit\u00e9 de m\u00e9caniciens, cette marque et cette pi\u00e8ce apportent un certain niveau de nervosit\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9paration. D\u2019abord, brancher un analyseur, ce n\u2019est pas comme les autres constructeurs, et deuxi\u00e8mement, une cam\u00e9ra, ce n\u2019est pas une pompe \u00e0 eau qui coule.<\/p>\n

Alors, comment s\u2019attaquer au probl\u00e8me ? Avec Tesla, il y a quelques r\u00e9parations et entretiens qu\u2019on peut faire sans analyseur (scan tool<\/em>). Comment ? Dans le menu service du v\u00e9hicule. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019on va trouver une mine d\u2019or de menus et actions qu\u2019on peut poser.<\/p>\n

Pour le cas pr\u00e9sent, nous allons aller dans le menu Driver Assist System, sous l\u2019onglet Camera. Ici, en donn\u00e9e live, on peut voir beaucoup d\u2019informations, comme le statut de chaque cam\u00e9ra en plus d\u2019y faire d’autres actions. La cam\u00e9ra en faute, elle se situe dans l\u2019aile gauche, le repeater<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Inspection visuelle et probl\u00e8me<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Prochaine \u00e9tape, comme tout diagnostic et r\u00e9paration, une inspection visuelle compte beaucoup dans la d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n

Le client avait raison, il y a eu infiltration d\u2019eau. Simple d\u2019apparence, mais \u00e7a se corse. Au d\u00e9branchement du fil coaxial, la cam\u00e9ra casse, et on se retrouve avec une toute nouvelle situation.<\/p>\n

La corrosion \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la cam\u00e9ra s\u2019est rendue dans la connexion et avait soud\u00e9 les deux ensembles. Le centre du fil coaxial de la cam\u00e9ra est pris dans le connecteur de l\u2019auto, connecteur qui ne peut \u00eatre ouvert et r\u00e9par\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La solution \u00e9vidente, le fil coaxial doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9. La partie moins plaisante : ce fil fait partie du filage avant du Model 3, chose qui est un projet en lui-m\u00eame \u00e0 remplacer. Alors, que faire ? Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour une r\u00e9paration plus simple, le remplacement de la connexion avec un terminal trouv\u00e9 en ligne.<\/p>\n

Pour une fraction des co\u00fbts, le client a pu retrouver son Model 3 en bonne condition pour reprendre la route.<\/p>\n

Pour conclure, vous connaissez le menu Service de Tesla ? Non ? Un petit rappel que le v\u00e9hicule le plus vendu dans le monde en 2023 est la Model Y, alors ne tardez pas trop pour l\u2019apprivoiser !<\/p>\n
