Genuine Parts Company (GPC), distributeur mondial de pi\u00e8ces de rechange automobiles et industrielles, a annonc\u00e9 que Paul D. Donahue passera du poste de pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 celui de pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif, \u00e0 compter du 3 juin 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, William P. Stengel II, actuellement pr\u00e9sident et directeur de l’exploitation, succ\u00e9dera \u00e0 M. Donahue en tant que pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de GPC et sera membre du conseil d’administration.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le conseil d’administration est convaincu que Will est la personne id\u00e9ale pour diriger GPC \u00e0 l’avenir et que l’entreprise est en mesure de continuer \u00e0 offrir de la valeur \u00e0 ses clients et \u00e0 ses actionnaires \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 John D. Johns, administrateur ind\u00e9pendant principal du conseil d’administration de GPC. \u00ab Au cours de son mandat chez GPC, il a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec Paul pour d\u00e9finir les priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques de l’entreprise et avec les \u00e9quipes dirigeantes mondiales pour faire \u00e9voluer l’entreprise et obtenir des r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels. \u00bb<\/p>\n

M. Stengel a rejoint l’entreprise en 2019 en tant que vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif et directeur de la transformation, fort de pr\u00e8s de vingt ans d’exp\u00e9rience professionnelle et de leadership. En 2021, il est promu huiti\u00e8me pr\u00e9sident de l’histoire de l’entreprise. Son r\u00f4le a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largi \u00e0 celui de pr\u00e9sident et directeur des op\u00e9rations en 2023. Avant de rejoindre GPC, il a occup\u00e9 divers postes de direction chez HD Supply, notamment en tant que pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, ainsi que chez Home Depot et dans diverses fonctions de banque d’investissement.<\/p>\n
