Des gestionnaires d\u2019atelier nous expliquent les retomb\u00e9es positives de ces investissements.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La formation, \u00e7a commence par nous-m\u00eames, souligne M\u00e9lissa B\u00e9langer, copropri\u00e9taire de l\u2019atelier AUTOPRO Charny. Il faut donner l\u2019exemple. Chaque ann\u00e9e, les constructeurs introduisent de nouveaux mod\u00e8les. Toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe doit se tenir \u00e0 jour, les v\u00e9t\u00e9rans comme les nouveaux. Et cela inclut les personnes au comptoir, ils repr\u00e9sentent le premier contact avec les clients. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Dans cet atelier en op\u00e9ration depuis 40 ans, la formation a permis de suivre les grandes \u00e9volutions technologiques et, plus int\u00e9ressant encore pour cette entreprise, d\u2019offrir graduellement de nouveaux services. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est dans la nature de notre entreprise d\u2019\u00eatre le plus autonome possible et d\u2019offrir \u00e0 nos clients des services complets.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9videmment, Mme B\u00e9langer \u00e9voque comme exemple l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans ses baies de service. \u00ab Nous voyons ici une hausse de la demande et il faut y r\u00e9pondre. Un de nos techniciens a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le programme NexDrive et un autre est en cheminement. Nous devons r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin et \u00eatre en mesure de donner l\u2019information pertinente \u00e0 nos clients. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Comme le souligne Mme B\u00e9langer, la formation est un investissement qui demande aussi l\u2019acquisition d\u2019\u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Mais selon elle, c\u2019est le prix \u00e0 payer pour \u00eatre \u00e0 la hauteur des attentes des clients.<\/p>\n<p>La copropri\u00e9taire constate aussi d\u2019autres effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques d\u2019un programme actif de formation pour le personnel. \u00ab\u00a0Pour les employ\u00e9s de l\u2019atelier, voir que nous investissons dans leurs connaissances est tr\u00e8s valorisant, remarque Mme B\u00e9langer. Selon lui, la formation, qu\u2019elle soit offerte par le r\u00e9seau, les comit\u00e9s paritaires ou simplement par des soir\u00e9es d\u2019information par les fournisseurs ou m\u00eame par des capsules en ligne permettent une mise \u00e0 jour constante et le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux cr\u00e9neaux de services pour son entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je veux dans mon \u00e9quipe des gens complets. C\u2019est important pour moi que mes travailleurs soient autonomes, \u00e7a me permet de me lib\u00e9rer du temps. Former l\u2019\u00e9quipe, les techniciens, certes, mais aussi les gestionnaires et les aviseurs c\u2019est \u00e9liminer les probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 la source.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Il estime consacrer 1500 heures, toutes cat\u00e9gories confondues, \u00e0 la formation de son personnel. Il suit m\u00eame l\u2019\u00e9volution de son programme sur un fichier informatique, s\u2019y r\u00e9f\u00e9rant d\u00e8s qu\u2019un moment calme se pr\u00e9sente. Il l\u2019a construit en tenant compte des forces et des int\u00e9r\u00eats des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De la profondeur dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M. Vachon consid\u00e8re qu\u2019un technicien prend de la valeur en se formant et lui permet de repousser ses limites. Il maintient aussi l\u2019importance de partager les connaissances au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. \u00ab Le partage d\u2019expertise nous garantit une constance dans nos services, explique-t-il. Si un technicien part en vacances, un coll\u00e8gue pourra prendre le relais. Pour utiliser un terme sportif, je dirais qu\u2019il faut de la profondeur dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atelier offre \u00e9galement le service de r\u00e9paration et d\u2019entretien des vitres d\u2019auto. \u00c0 ce chapitre, M. Il faut se maintenir dans le march\u00e9 et prouver \u00e0 notre client\u00e8le que nous sommes \u00e0 jour.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Repr\u00e9sentant de la troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de garagistes \u00e0 cet atelier de Saint-J\u00e9r\u00f4me, M. Labrosse mentionne que la formation n\u2019est pas une nouveaut\u00e9 chez lui, son grand-p\u00e8re donnant des cours de m\u00e9canique \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tout le monde gagne<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Selon lui, la formation donne des travailleurs plus efficaces et plus rapides, mais contribue aussi \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des retours. Il ajoute que l\u2019argent et le temps investis en formation sont un bon investissement puisqu\u2019ils permettent d\u2019offrir de nouveaux services.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Je dois citer par exemple les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, illustre-t-il. Nous sommes all\u00e9s chercher nos certifications de Comp\u00e9tences V\u00c9 et du programme V\u00e9rifi\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique par Vast. Nous poussons maintenant l\u2019information aupr\u00e8s de notre client\u00e8le. Car avoir les comp\u00e9tences, c\u2019est une chose, c\u2019en est une autre de le faire savoir. Ce que j\u2019aime de cette communaut\u00e9 de clients, c\u2019est qu\u2019ils sont tr\u00e8s actifs sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Quand ils voient que nous sommes cr\u00e9dibles, ils le disent \u00e0 leurs proches et \u00e7a nous am\u00e8ne une nouvelle client\u00e8le.
