Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un long parcours entrepris alors que l\u2019\u00e9tudiante avait d\u00e9nich\u00e9 un emploi d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la livraison de pi\u00e8ces dans cette entreprise o\u00f9 sa m\u00e8re travaillait.<\/p>\n<p>Aucun doute que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience lui ait plu, puisqu\u2019une fois dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e universitaire en administration, elle y prend le poste de contr\u00f4leuse \u00e0 la comptabilit\u00e9. \u00ab Le reste a \u00e9t\u00e9 une progression de fil en aiguille, t\u00e9moigne-t-elle. Plus j\u2019en apprenais sur l\u2019entreprise et sur l\u2019\u00e9quipe et plus je prenais de responsabilit\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, d\u00e8s 2016, elle devient actionnaire du commerce d\u2019une trentaine d\u2019employ\u00e9s avant d\u2019en devenir l\u2019unique propri\u00e9taire huit ans plus tard.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Savoir s\u2019entourer <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Les deux anciens propri\u00e9taires \u00e9taient aussi mes associ\u00e9s et ont su me guider et me conseiller, reprend-elle. Et d\u00e8s ma jeunesse, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 entour\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00e9quipe merveilleuse dont plusieurs membres sont encore avec nous \u00e0 ce jour. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Depuis son implication dans l\u2019entreprise, le magasin porte les couleurs du r\u00e9seau Uni-S\u00e9lect. Tout d\u2019abord Auto Parts Plus, l\u2019entreprise va maintenant passer sous la banni\u00e8re Bumper to Bumper. \u00ab C\u2019est une transition naturelle, explique Mme Lambert. J\u2019ai toujours aim\u00e9 le mod\u00e8le d\u2019affaires de Uni-S\u00e9lect, qui sait nous accompagner, mais laisse toute la place \u00e0 notre sens de entrepreneuriat. Adopter Bumper to Bumper, c\u2019est s\u2019associer \u00e0 une belle marque dont la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 est en croissance. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes ravis de voir \u00c9lisabeth devenir propri\u00e9taire de son magasin et se joindre \u00e0 notre r\u00e9seau Bumper to Bumper. Son engagement envers l\u2019excellence et son approche orient\u00e9e client sont parfaitement en phase avec les valeurs de notre entreprise. Nous sommes convaincus que sa contribution sera un atout majeur pour le renforcement de notre pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9. Quel bel exemple de repreneuriat non familial, une transition inspirante pour notre industrie \u00bb, a exprim\u00e9 \u00c9milie Gaudet, pr\u00e9sidente et chef de l\u2019exploitation chez Bumper to Bumper.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la propri\u00e9taire, l\u2019essentiel est de travailler en proximit\u00e9 avec les ateliers qu\u2019elle dessert. \u00ab Nous sommes engag\u00e9s dans le programme de formation pour l\u2019entretien et la r\u00e9paration des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, par exemple. Nous voulons accompagner nos ateliers pour qu\u2019ils embrassent ce d\u00e9fi technologique, tout comme ils ont su relever tous ceux qui se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 eux au fil des ans. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un engagement constant <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>On ne peut passer sous silence le grand engagement de cette jeune femme dans ce milieu traditionnellement masculin. Actuellement pr\u00e9sidente de la division du Qu\u00e9bec de l\u2019AIA Canada, elle s\u2019y est port\u00e9e volontaire pour travailler au dossier de la rel\u00e8ve et aussi sur celui du droit \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration, cette derni\u00e8re bataille ayant r\u00e9cemment abouti \u00e0 un des r\u00e9sultats positifs et concrets.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9lisabeth Lambert est aussi membre du CA de Moisson Lanaudi\u00e8re, une banque alimentaire qui supporte 70 organismes de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je sais que je suis tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9e, admet Mme Lambert. Nous avons toujours pu, au sein de ma famille, trouver un \u00e9quilibre avec mon conjoint et nos deux ados.
