Steve Carlisle a r\u00e9cemment quitt\u00e9 ses fonctions de vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif et de pr\u00e9sident de General Motors North America, apr\u00e8s plus de quatre d\u00e9cennies pass\u00e9es au sein de General Motors. Avant de diriger General Motors North America, M. Carlisle a \u00e9t\u00e9 vice-pr\u00e9sident principal et pr\u00e9sident de Cadillac, ainsi que pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de General Motors du Canada. Tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re chez General Motors, M. Carlisle a occup\u00e9 d’autres postes de direction, notamment ceux de vice-pr\u00e9sident de la planification mondiale des produits, de vice-pr\u00e9sident des op\u00e9rations de vente aux \u00c9tats-Unis et de pr\u00e9sident des op\u00e9rations en Asie du Sud-Est. M. Carlisle a obtenu sa ma\u00eetrise en administration des affaires \u00e0 la MIT Sloan School of Management et son baccalaur\u00e9at en sciences appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Waterloo.<\/p>\n

Christopher Harris est actuellement associ\u00e9 chez Imperial Capital, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de capital-investissement bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Toronto, en Ontario, qui se concentre sur les investissements dans les secteurs de la sant\u00e9, des affaires et des services aux consommateurs. Chris a une grande exp\u00e9rience des investissements impliquant des consolidations dans des secteurs fragment\u00e9s tels que les stations de lavage express et le conseil en environnement. M.
