C’est de Saint-Eustache, au Qu\u00e9bec, que Nova Bus, membre du groupe Volvo et chef de file dans la fabrication d’autobus urbains en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, annonce la nomination de Paul Le Houillier<\/span> \u00e0 titre de nouveau pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 compter du 1er<\/sup> juin 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fort d’une vaste exp\u00e9rience en affaires et de leadership au sein du groupe Volvo, M.\u00a0Le Houillier<\/span>\u00a0apportera de solides connaissances et contribuera au d\u00e9veloppement de la vision strat\u00e9gique de Nova Bus.<\/p>\n

Paul Le Houillier<\/span> a occup\u00e9 plusieurs postes de leadership et de haute direction au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, notamment ceux de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des risques au niveau mondial de Volvo Financial Services (VFS), de vice-pr\u00e9sident principal de VFS r\u00e9gion Asie-Pacifique et de vice-pr\u00e9sident principal et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de VFS Chine, VFS France et Renault Trucks Financial Services. Il est pr\u00e9sentement vice-pr\u00e9sident principal de VFS r\u00e9gion Centre-Est et Est, Turquie et Cor\u00e9e du Sud. N\u00e9 \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec, il est titulaire d’un baccalaur\u00e9at de l’Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al (HEC) et d’un dipl\u00f4me en comptabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

M.\u00a0Le Houillier<\/span>\u00a0sera responsable de mettre en \u0153uvre l’orientation strat\u00e9gique de Nova Bus avec pour mission de consolider la position de l’entreprise en tant qu’acteur cl\u00e9 dans le secteur manufacturier d’autobus urbains et en tant que chef de file en solutions de transport durable.<\/p>\n

Paul Le Houillier<\/span>\u00a0succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Ralph Acs, qui prend sa retraite du groupe Volvo le 1er<\/sup>\u00a0avril 2024. M. Acs restera membre du conseil d’administration de Nova Bus. Nova Bus exprime sa gratitude envers M. Acs pour avoir dirig\u00e9 Nova Bus au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e et pour sa contribution au groupe Volvo au cours de ses mandats \u00e0 la t\u00eate de\u00a0Prevost<\/span>\u00a0et de Nova Bus.\u00a0Krzysztof Trembecki<\/span>, vice-pr\u00e9sident finances et contr\u00f4leur financier de Nova Bus, occupera le poste de pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim jusqu’au 31 mai 2024.<\/p>\n
