Cela les aidera \u00e0 d\u00e9cider des investissements \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en termes de personnel, de formation et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, ainsi que d&rsquo;installations. Par exemple, serez-vous en mesure d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer les r\u00e9parations de V\u00c9 dans votre atelier existant, ou devrez-vous cr\u00e9er un espace s\u00e9par\u00e9, voire un emplacement exclusivement d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ?<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les outils et la formation, il ne fait aucun doute que de nombreux V\u00c9B (v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie) sont con\u00e7us et construits diff\u00e9remment de leurs homologues \u00e0 moteur \u00e0 combustion interne. Bien qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;existe actuellement aucune norme canadienne ou m\u00eame nord-am\u00e9ricaine en mati\u00e8re de formation et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les V\u00c9, I-CAR Canada s&rsquo;est inspir\u00e9 de la norme europ\u00e9enne ECE-R-100 pour \u00e9laborer ses propres exigences en mati\u00e8re de formation sur les V\u00c9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Programme en plusieurs \u00e9tapes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En outre, il est essentiel de suivre un programme en plusieurs \u00e9tapes, comprenant un processus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de prise en charge correcte du v\u00e9hicule, suivi d&rsquo;une compr\u00e9hension de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique et des syst\u00e8mes des V\u00c9, des diagnostics et de la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer le v\u00e9hicule tout au long des r\u00e9parations, et enfin d&rsquo;une formation d&rsquo;origine (OE) sp\u00e9cifique au v\u00e9hicule, afin de garantir des r\u00e9parations coh\u00e9rentes, de qualit\u00e9 et s\u00fbres pour les V\u00c9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, il est essentiel que les techniciens suivent une formation approfondie (telle que le cours pratique de 5 jours de l&rsquo;I-CAR) et qu&rsquo;ils respectent les exigences du constructeur en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire (depuis les \u00c9PI sp\u00e9ciaux et le mat\u00e9riel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;aux appareils de mesure, de test et de diagnostic des batteries, en passant par les \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs et les tables pour batteries mentionn\u00e9s plus haut). En outre, les constructeurs peuvent exiger des outils sp\u00e9cifiques pour travailler sur certains mod\u00e8les de V\u00c9.<\/p>\n<p>Les centres de carrosserie devront \u00e9galement tenir compte du fait que les V\u00c9 sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus co\u00fbteux \u00e0 r\u00e9parer que leurs homologues \u00e0 moteur \u00e0 combustion interne (16 \u00e0 32 % de plus selon les donn\u00e9es de Mitchell International) et qu&rsquo;ils r\u00e9agissent diff\u00e9remment en cas d&rsquo;accident, les airbags \u00e9tant plus susceptibles de se d\u00e9clencher, sans compter que la composition et le remplacement des pi\u00e8ces sont souvent tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents de ceux des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur \u00e0 combustion interne. Il est donc essentiel que les centres de carrosserie participant \u00e0 des programmes de r\u00e9paration directe (PRD) communiquent correctement avec les assureurs et veillent \u00e0 s\u00e9parer les r\u00e9parations des V\u00c9 de celles des v\u00e9hicules MCI lorsqu&rsquo;ils examinent la gravit\u00e9 moyenne, la dur\u00e9e de la location et d&rsquo;autres indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance, afin de garantir une \u00e9valuation juste et appropri\u00e9e des performances.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consid\u00e9rations relatives \u00e0 la charge<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La question se pose \u00e9galement de savoir si, une fois le V\u00c9 r\u00e9par\u00e9, il doit \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement recharg\u00e9 avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre livr\u00e9 au client, afin d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuer l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;autonomie.
