Cinq d\u00e9cennies marqu\u00e9es de croissance, d’innovation et de succ\u00e8s, o\u00f9 son fondateur John Scotti s’est taill\u00e9 une place unique comme entrepreneur et b\u00e2tisseur de l’industrie automobile.<\/p>\n

Propri\u00e9taire notamment de la concession Lamborghini de Montr\u00e9al, la plus grande et l’une des plus respect\u00e9es au monde pour cette prestigieuse marque italienne, John Scotti pose un regard fier sur son parcours et sur la position de son entreprise.<\/p>\n

John n’avait que 16 ans lorsqu’il a obtenu sa certification de m\u00e9canicien de classe 1, ce qui fait de lui la plus jeune personne \u00e0 obtenir cette accr\u00e9ditation du Comit\u00e9 paritaire de l’industrie des services automobiles de la r\u00e9gion de Montr\u00e9al (CPA Montr\u00e9al). \u00ab Lorsque j’ai ouvert mon premier garage en 1975, jamais je n’aurais imagin\u00e9 que nous en serions ici cinquante ans plus tard. J’ai toujours \u00e9vit\u00e9 d’\u00eatre sous les feux des projecteurs, mais apr\u00e8s n’\u00eatre parti de rien et avoir b\u00e2ti une entreprise prosp\u00e8re, j’ai voulu mettre en lumi\u00e8re mon \u00e9quipe et nos r\u00e9alisations \u00bb, dit-il. John Scotti Automotive s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au fil des ans et compte aujourd’hui les marques les plus renomm\u00e9es comme Lamborghini, Lotus, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Land Rover, Subaru, Alfa Romeo et Volvo.<\/p>\n

Les cinquante ans de John Scotti Automotive seront soulign\u00e9s en grand cette ann\u00e9e. Non seulement le concessionnaire est-il sur le point de vendre sa 1000e voiture Lamborghini, mais un nouveau b\u00e2timent \u00e0 la fine pointe de la technologie sera \u00e9galement inaugur\u00e9 au cours des prochains mois.<\/p>\n

Une figure embl\u00e9matique de l’industrie<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Arriv\u00e9 au Canada \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1950 \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de deux ans, John Scotti a un parcours qui va bien au-del\u00e0 de ses concessions automobiles et de son impressionnante collection de v\u00e9hicules de luxe : on y retrouve un homme chaleureux, pers\u00e9v\u00e9rant et passionn\u00e9 de sports automobiles.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers les ann\u00e9es, il a pris grand soin de redonner \u00e0 sa communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 travers de nombreux \u00e9v\u00e9nements caritatifs. C’est le cas notamment pour la Fondation pour l’enfance Starlight Canada et pour la classique annuelle Drive for Smiles \u00e0 travers laquelle il contribue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des exp\u00e9riences uniques pour des enfants malades et leurs familles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses voitures de luxe.<\/p>\n
