En 2021, 21,8 % des Canadiens et Canadiennes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 55 \u00e0 64 ans \u00e9taient proches de la retraite (Statistiques Canada).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>La formation motive le personnel et les \u00e9quipes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus le personnel est engag\u00e9 dans l\u2019organisation, plus la productivit\u00e9 augmente. Une \u00e9tude de Gallup (2023) a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un personnel motiv\u00e9 peut accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9 de 17 % et augmenter la rentabilit\u00e9 de 21 %. \u00ab\u00a0Il s\u2019agit d\u2019investir dans votre \u00e9quipe, tout comme on investit dans une machine plus efficace\u00a0\u00bb, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">souligne Nigel Robertson<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La formation contribue \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer les p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour bien cibler les besoins, la formation doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9cise selon les objectifs d\u00e9sir\u00e9s pour chaque employ\u00e9. Nous devons \u00e9tablir des attentes sp\u00e9cifiques, supporter la formation continue et aller \u00e0 la rencontre des besoins du personnel, et ce, en continu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines peut travailler dans ce sens pour noter les besoins de chaque employ\u00e9. Le partage des connaissances est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 pour le personnel et pour la direction. Il arrive parfois que nous portions des jugements sur le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ; pourquoi le service est-il excellent, moyen ou m\u00e9diocre ? Peut-\u00eatre parce que certains employ\u00e9s ne sont pas dans la bonne chaise ou peut-\u00eatre que ceux-ci manquent de connaissances ou de savoir-\u00eatre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pouvons-nous am\u00e9liorer le service en mobilisant les troupes et surtout en leur offrant les outils de connaissances manquants ? Il est vrai qu\u2019un employ\u00e9 mal inform\u00e9 peut avoir de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer ses t\u00e2ches de travail. La patience est une grande vertu surtout dans le transfert des connaissances. Prenons le temps d\u2019exploiter le plein potentiel de chaque employ\u00e9 et d\u2019user d\u2019organisation et de patience.
