En l&rsquo;honneur de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement historique, Ford a organis\u00e9 un point presse en ligne, mettant en lumi\u00e8re l&rsquo;accord et ce qu&rsquo;il signifie pour les clients de Ford qui utilisent des V\u00c9 et, par extension, pour le march\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie dans toute l&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span class=\"s4\">Points sensibles<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ken Williams, directeur des services de charge et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie chez Ford Motor Company, a soulign\u00e9 que Ford est le premier constructeur concurrent \u00e0 pouvoir acc\u00e9der au r\u00e9seau de Superchargeurs de Tesla. Il a fait remarquer que dans les enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des clients des V\u00c9, Ford a constat\u00e9 que l&rsquo;un des principaux points de douleur \u00e9tait le manque de capacit\u00e9 de recharge publique. \u00ab L&rsquo;ajout du r\u00e9seau de superchargeurs Tesla facilitera grandement la gestion de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience [charging] par nos clients \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Williams.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement expliqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 partir du 29 f\u00e9vrier 2024, les clients de Ford commenceront \u00e0 recevoir des <span class=\"s3\">adaptateurs gratuits<\/span> permettant \u00e0 leurs v\u00e9hicules d&rsquo;\u00eatre compatibles avec le r\u00e9seau Supercharger de Tesla.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que les clients V\u00c9 de Ford auront d\u00e9sormais acc\u00e8s \u00e0 15 000 Superchargers Tesla, ce qui fait passer la couverture du r\u00e9seau de charge Blue Oval Charging Network de Ford de plus de 111 000 points de charge, \u00e0 plus de 126 000 en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Williams a \u00e9galement not\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 et un facteur de commodit\u00e9 pour les clients est la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der et de payer sur plusieurs r\u00e9seaux de recharge diff\u00e9rents, via une seule <span class=\"s3\">application<\/span> <span class=\"s3\">FordPass<\/span>, l&rsquo;ajout des Superchargeurs Tesla venant d\u00e9sormais renforcer cette capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>M. Williams a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;avec l&rsquo;ajout des Superchargers Tesla au <span class=\"s3\">r\u00e9seau de charge Ford Blue Oval,<\/span>qui fait plus que doubler la capacit\u00e9 de charge rapide en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, la praticit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore dans davantage d&rsquo;endroits au <span class=\"s3\">Canada<\/span> et aux <span class=\"s3\">\u00c9tats-Unis,<\/span><span class=\"s3\">.<\/span>offrant aux clients davantage d&rsquo;options en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;acquisition de v\u00e9hicules et d&rsquo;exigences d&rsquo;utilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Hayes, responsable de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client en mati\u00e8re de charge publique chez Ford, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux participants du webinaire le processus de commande de l&rsquo;adaptateur pour chargeur rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, les clients devront visiter le site <a href=\"http:\/\/Ford.com\/fastchargingadapter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ford.com\/fastchargingadapter<\/a>. Les clients devront se connecter \u00e0 leur compte FordPass et voir une offre pour un adaptateur de charge rapide gratuit. Ils peuvent ensuite cliquer sur le bouton \u00ab r\u00e9server \u00bb pour lancer le processus de commande.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous remplirons automatiquement le formulaire de commande \u00e0 partir des informations enregistr\u00e9es dans leur compte Ford Pass, de sorte qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;auront plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 v\u00e9rifier que les donn\u00e9es sont toujours correctes et \u00e0 cliquer sur \u00ab r\u00e9server \u00bb \u00bb, explique M. En outre, M.
