Hunter Engineering pr\u00e9sentera le nouvel aligneur HawkEye XL lors de la r\u00e9union annuelle du Conseil de la technologie et de la maintenance de l’ATA qui se tiendra le mois prochain en Nouvelle-Orl\u00e9ans. <\/strong><\/p>\n

De nombreuses d\u00e9monstrations en direct auront lieu au kiosque n\u00b01639, du 4 au 6 mars.<\/p>\n

L’aligneur polyvalent, con\u00e7u pour une rapidit\u00e9, une durabilit\u00e9 et une facilit\u00e9 d’utilisation maximales pour une large gamme de v\u00e9hicules commerciaux, fournit des mesures tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cises en quatre minutes ou moins.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Avec notre ancien syst\u00e8me, je traitais 15 camions en une journ\u00e9e de 10 heures \u00bb, d\u00e9clare le technicien Vernon Embree de Prime Inc, qui a test\u00e9 le HawkEye XL avec son vaste parc de camions r\u00e9cents. \u00ab J’ai maintenant atteint 26 camions en une journ\u00e9e. Je recommanderais sans h\u00e9siter le XL \u00e0 n’importe qui. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Au c\u0153ur du HawkEye XL se trouve une nouvelle technologie de cam\u00e9ra visionnaire avec une port\u00e9e extra-longue et des cibles extra-larges, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du syst\u00e8me d’alignement HawkEye Elite, leader de l’industrie.<\/p>\n

L’aligneur est dot\u00e9 de cibles XL tridimensionnelles l\u00e9g\u00e8res, tr\u00e8s durables, n\u00e9cessitant peu d’entretien et non \u00e9lectroniques. Des cam\u00e9ras haute d\u00e9finition pr\u00e9cises offrent une vision \u00e0 tr\u00e8s longue port\u00e9e, capturant des mesures en une seule compensation de roulement et affichant des relev\u00e9s d’alignement en direct pour un maximum de trois essieux \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n

Gamme \u00e9tendue<\/strong><\/h2>\n

La port\u00e9e \u00e9tendue permet d’obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, ce qui permet au XL d’aligner facilement des remorques de 53 pieds. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un faisceau de cam\u00e9ra mobile et \u00e0 une armoire portable, les techniciens peuvent effectuer des alignements au sol ou sur un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur, dans n’importe quelle baie.<\/p>\n

Le XL offre en option un alignement enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 avec le rack d’alignement L494HD de Hunter, ou des kits de plaques tournantes compatibles FIA pour rationaliser les processus. Les adaptateurs standard \u00e0 centrage automatique conviennent aux roues de 15 \u00e0 28 pouces. Pour encore plus de vitesse et de protection des roues, les Quick Grips sont disponibles en option dans les versions poids lourds et passagers.<\/p>\n

En outre, HawkEye XL se connecte au portail client HunterNet 2, ce qui permet aux propri\u00e9taires de magasins de contr\u00f4ler \u00e0 distance et en temps r\u00e9el les performances de l’alignement.<\/p>\n

L’efficacit\u00e9, la polyvalence et la faible maintenance du XL se combinent pour augmenter le temps de fonctionnement et r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de possession. Des roues mal align\u00e9es peuvent avoir un impact consid\u00e9rable sur les co\u00fbts de carburant des v\u00e9hicules commerciaux et sur l’usure des pneus.<\/p>\n
