{"id":404093,"date":"2024-02-06T16:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-06T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=404093"},"modified":"2024-02-07T14:44:46","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T19:44:46","slug":"nominations-au-sein-de-lequipe-de-gestion-de-transit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2024\/02\/06\/nominations-au-sein-de-lequipe-de-gestion-de-transit\/","title":{"rendered":"Nominations au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de gestion de Transit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Monsieur St\u00e9phan Guay, pr\u00e9sident de Transit, a annonc\u00e9 trois nominations importantes dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction de son entreprise. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Isabelle Labrie et Andr\u00e9anne Lepage et Simon Bourque sont, depuis les derni\u00e8res semaines, en poste pour leurs nouvelles fonctions.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Isabelle Labrie, nouvelle vice-pr\u00e9sidente \u2013 excellence organisationnelle<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mme Labrie fait partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe TRANSIT depuis 1997. Elle a d\u00e9but\u00e9 aud\u00e9partement des finances, a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les TI par la suite, et est devenue directrice aux op\u00e9rations en 2018. En tant que VP Excellence organisationnelle elle s\u2019assurera principalement de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de nos processus.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00ab Depuis plus de 25 ans nous pouvons compter sur la perspicacit\u00e9 d\u2019Isabelle. Elle se concentrera d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 identifier et prioriser les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9lioration pour l\u2019entreprise. Augmenter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, tout en ne mettant jamais le bien-\u00eatre de l\u2019ensemble des membres de l\u2019organisation de c\u00f4t\u00e9, c\u2019est le r\u00f4le, la mission de notre nouvelle VP \u00bb, commente M. Guay.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Simon Bourque, nouveau directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe TRANSIT depuis 2009, ayant d\u00e9but\u00e9 \u00e0 titre de directeur des finances, M. Bourque a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise. Il \u00e9volua par la suite \u00c0 l\u2019origine comme directeur des achats, o\u00f9 il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du taux de disponibilit\u00e9 des produits de plus de 5 %, atteignant plus de 97 %, il a par la suite supervis\u00e9 plusieurs d\u00e9partements n\u00e9vralgiques de l\u2019entreprise. Comme directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ses fonctions seront de planifier, organiser et diriger l\u2019ensemble des activit\u00e9s de Transit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00ab Simon en est \u00e0 sa quinzi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e avec l\u2019organisation. Il a su, avec le temps, prendre une place essentielle au sein de notre \u00e9quipe. C\u2019est par ses comp\u00e9tences, son savoir-faire et surtout son savoir-\u00eatre que Simon m\u00e8nera l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Transit vers des succ\u00e8s, en phase avec sa mission \u00bb, d\u2019ajouter M.Guay.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Andr\u00e9anne Lepage, nouvelle directrice des op\u00e9rations\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mme Lepage, d\u00e9tentrice d\u2019un MBA en gestion manufacturi\u00e8re et logistique, et bacheli\u00e8re en administration des affaires, a rejoint l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Transit en 2019. Tout d\u2019abord \u00e0 titre de superviseure aux approvisionnements, elle a ensuite pris la direction du d\u00e9partement des achats. Sp\u00e9cialiste en logistique et en approvisionnement, elle participera activement \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019automatisation de l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00ab Forte de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise avant de joindre nos rangs, Andr\u00e9anne nous offre un regard neuf sur diff\u00e9rentes situations et apporte des solutions nouvelles. Poussant ainsi Transit encore plus loin dans son d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb, soutient M.
