Hyundai Motor Company et Iveco Group ont sign\u00e9 un accord de fourniture d’un v\u00e9hicule utilitaire l\u00e9ger tout \u00e9lectrique pour l’Europe, bas\u00e9 sur la plateforme Global eLCV de Hyundai.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le nouveau v\u00e9hicule rejoindra la gamme de v\u00e9hicules utilitaires l\u00e9gers \u00e9lectriques du groupe Iveco, enrichissant ainsi le portefeuille de v\u00e9hicules utilitaires l\u00e9gers du groupe aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de l’embl\u00e9matique IVECO Daily.<\/p>\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature de l’accord de fourniture s’est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de Jaehoon Chang, pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Hyundai Motor Company, de Ken Ram\u00edrez, vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif et directeur de Global Commercial Vehicle & Hydrogen Business chez Hyundai Motor Company, de Gerrit Marx, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du groupe Iveco, et de Luca Sra, pr\u00e9sident de la division Truck Business Unit du groupe Iveco.<\/p>\n

Hyundai Motor et le groupe Iveco ont lanc\u00e9 leur partenariat en mars 2022 et ont depuis obtenu des r\u00e9sultats concrets dans le domaine des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, notamment le co-d\u00e9veloppement de l’eDAILY FCEV et le lancement de l’autobus urbain E-WAY FCEV. Le nouvel accord ne signifie pas seulement une extension de leur partenariat pour englober un plus large \u00e9ventail de gammes \u00e9cologiques, mais il souligne \u00e9galement l’engagement commun des deux entreprises \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transition vers une mobilit\u00e9 et des transports neutres en carbone.<\/p>\n

V\u00e9hicule portant le nom d’IVECO<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Le v\u00e9hicule marqu\u00e9 IVECO sera le premier mod\u00e8le d’exportation \u00e0 appliquer la nouvelle plateforme Global all-electric Light Commercial Vehicle (eLCV) de Hyundai, une plateforme mondiale d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux V\u00c9 et con\u00e7ue pour les v\u00e9hicules commerciaux d’un PTAC de 2,5 tonnes \u00e0 3,5 tonnes. La plateforme innovante int\u00e8gre les derni\u00e8res technologies de Hyundai pour les VEB de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, avec un plancher bas qui permet une meilleure utilisation pour le chargement et le transport de marchandises, con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins \u00e9mergents des futurs v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s \u00e0 usage sp\u00e9cifique sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de ce partenariat, Hyundai fabriquera et fournira le ch\u00e2ssis-cabine portant le nom d’IVECO pour le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en et le groupe Iveco personnalisera localement et distribuera les v\u00e9hicules complets exclusivement par l’interm\u00e9diaire de ses canaux de vente. Le nouveau produit du groupe Iveco, bas\u00e9 sur la plateforme Global eLCV de Hyundai, sera lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 l’occasion du salon IAA Transportation 2024, qui se tiendra du 16 au 22 septembre 2024 \u00e0 Hanovre, en Allemagne.<\/p>\n

Un partenariat unique<\/strong><\/h2>\n

L’introduction de ce nouveau v\u00e9hicule tout \u00e9lectrique est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante pour le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en, o\u00f9 la distribution et la livraison urbaines et suburbaines sont des missions cruciales pour les op\u00e9rateurs logistiques.
