Alors, commen\u00e7ons par les informations en main. Un Ford Focus Electric 2014 qui arrive d\u2019un autre atelier. Le v\u00e9hicule ne tombe pas en mode \u00ab Ready \u00bb. Analyseur en main, on fait une lecture de donn\u00e9es pour y trouver le code mentionn\u00e9 un peu plus haut. Alors, lisons la charte de diagnostic, et voyons o\u00f9 elle va nous mener.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c9tape un, on nous demande de faire une lecture de codes, question de confirmer qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9sent, et il l\u2019est. \u00c9tape deux, faire une inspection des connecteurs haute tension sur les deux batteries haute tension, celle \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du coffre arri\u00e8re, et l\u2019autre sous le v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sant\u00e9 du circuit interlock<\/b><\/h2>\n

Un regard rapide n\u2019est pas assez concluant pour dire qu\u2019il y a un probl\u00e8me. \u00c9tape 3, on d\u00e9branche les connecteurs haut voltage de la batterie haute tension \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du v\u00e9hicule pour \u00eatre capable d\u2019y faire une mesure de son circuit interlock.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Elle passe la v\u00e9rification, alors on peut maintenant conclure que le probl\u00e8me se trouve probablement dans l\u2019autre batterie haute tension.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c9tape 4, la m\u00eame mesure effectu\u00e9e sur la batterie dans le coffre arri\u00e8re est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e. Et c\u2019est ici qu\u2019on trouve notre bobo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En d\u00e9branchant un des connecteurs sur la batterie, on retrouve de la corrosion qui occasionne le probl\u00e8me. \u00c0 ce stade, la charte nous demande de r\u00e9parer la connexion, qui malheureusement fait partie de la batterie que l\u2019on devrait remplacer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Est-ce la r\u00e9paration que nous avons faite ? Certainement pas ! Une petite recherche chez un fournisseur de connecteurs ind\u00e9pendant nous a permis de trouver les m\u00eames, qu\u2019on a pu remplacer pour remettre cette petite Focus sur la route \u00e0 nouveau.<\/span><\/p>\n

R\u00e9paration \u00e0 meilleur prix<\/b><\/h2>\n

R\u00e9paration compl\u00e8te, avec un prix plus que raisonnable compar\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que le client aurait pay\u00e9 au concessionnaire. La particularit\u00e9 de ce V\u00c9 est qu\u2019aucune information n\u2019est disponible facilement sur les composantes \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des batteries haute tension. Pourquoi ? Pour ce mod\u00e8le sp\u00e9cifique, il faut croire que Ford n\u2019a aucune solution pour des r\u00e9parations internes, alors quand on tombe \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la batterie, il faut y aller avec nos connaissances acquises.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024 commence sur la bonne voie, et j\u2019esp\u00e8re que c\u2019est le m\u00eame cas dans vos ateliers\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n
