Daniel Hupp\u00e9, \u00e0 qui appartient Hupp\u00e9 Centre M\u00e9canique, fait partie du groupe, et m\u00eame de ceux qui n\u2019ont pu r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la piq\u00fbre de la comp\u00e9tition de 4-roues sur neige durcie.<\/p>\n

De la r\u00e9paration de petits moteurs dans le sous-sol parental, au d\u00e9montage des vieilles motoneiges, peu lui en fallut pour se lancer dans la revente de motos et VTT avant m\u00eame l\u2019obtention de son DEP.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u2009\u00c9tudiant professionnel\u2009\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Au CFP Vision\u00a02020, il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 surprenant que sa d\u00e9couverte des dessous du diagnostic, enseign\u00e9 par Dany Picard, lui confirme \u00e0 quel point son instinct l\u2019avait guid\u00e9 avec justesse. La m\u00e9canique est son monde.<\/p>\n

Tenant \u00e0 en savoir toujours davantage, il obtient m\u00eame au Centre\u00a024-Juin un ASP en transmission automatique, climatisation et alignement\u00a0: ce qui l\u2019am\u00e8nera \u00e0 se qualifier d\u2019\u00e9tudiant \u00ab\u2009professionnel\u2009\u00bb dit-il.<\/p>\n

En 98, tout juste arriv\u00e9 chez son premier employeur de Warwick \u2014 Jean-Yves Martel \u2014 il s\u2019investissait \u00e0 tous \u00e9gards en participant avec un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 chacune des sessions de perfectionnement des fournisseurs.<\/p>\n

Propri\u00e9taire \u00e0 26 ans<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ainsi, ses nouveaux ma\u00eetres, outre ses coll\u00e8gues, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 notamment les Pierre Henri, Donald Thibault, Raymond Brodeur et, m\u00eame, le tr\u00e8s regrett\u00e9 Marius D\u2019Eschambault, gourou de la gestion.<\/p>\n

Devenu d\u00e9but vingtaine partenaire de son premier patron, au m\u00eame titre que Fran\u00e7ois Vachon et Martin Bolduc, Daniel d\u00e9cide \u00e0 26 ans non pas d\u2019acheter son atelier multiservice, mais d\u2019en acqu\u00e9rir un moins imposant.<\/p>\n

Sept ans apr\u00e8s ses d\u00e9buts, on le retrouve donc \u00e0 Victoriaville \u2014 tout \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chez lui \u2014 o\u00f9 le propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un AutoPLACE comptant 3 employ\u00e9s lui en remet volontiers les cl\u00e9s. Et c\u2019est parti\u2026<\/p>\n

Tournants majeurs<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Deux ans plus tard, Daniel Hupp\u00e9 y remplace l\u2019enseigne par celle d\u2019UNIPRO, et s\u2019adjoint un conseiller technique afin d\u2019\u00eatre plus productif et \u00e0 jour sur le plan administratif. Un tournant majeur, pr\u00e9cise-t-il.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est durant cette p\u00e9riode qu\u2019il se fait plus pr\u00e9sent dans la communaut\u00e9 et cr\u00e9e des liens au sein de groupements d\u2019affaires dont les \u00e9changes auront sur lui une incidence magistrale.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9clencheur a \u00e9t\u00e9 une invitation adress\u00e9e aux commer\u00e7ants et aux industriels de Victoriaville par l\u2019\u00c9cole d\u2019Entrepreneurship de Beauce r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9e par Marc Dutil afin de promouvoir le mentorat.<\/p>\n

Membre du r\u00e9seau AAA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, il verra une telle opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir la m\u00e9canique des affaires, qu\u2019il adh\u00e9rera au r\u00e9seau Alliance Affaires Actions (AAA) de Victoriaville, dont les effets sur sa gestion et sa vision seront notables.<\/p>\n

Ayant par le fait m\u00eame raffin\u00e9 ses ressources, il \u00ab\u2009ose\u2009\u00bb, avec des professionnels de son r\u00e9seau \u2014 notaire, avocat, arpenteur \u2014 prendre, par des d\u00e9cisions r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, des risques parfaitement calcul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

En 2015, il ajoute donc \u00e0 son atelier un entrep\u00f4t de pneus, met \u00e0 jour l\u2019\u00e9quipement et, ne voulant \u00eatre \u00e0 la merci de quelque absence, tient d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 ce que l\u2019\u00e9quipe soit aussi polyvalente que multidisciplinaire.<\/p>\n

20e<\/sup> anniversaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n

En 2021, il opte pour la franchise Bumper-to-Bumper, emm\u00e9nage sur la rue Cantin, \u00e0 10\u00a0km apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9nov\u00e9 le b\u00e2timent pour en faire un atelier branch\u00e9, et y installe du coup une borne de recharge de 240 V.<\/p>\n

En 2023, Daniel ajoute un autre conseiller, une seconde rampe d\u2019alignement et une seconde baie adapt\u00e9e aux camionnettes et aux cubes, portant ainsi leur nombre \u00e0 sept.<\/p>\n

En ce d\u00e9but de multiplication des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, il a toute l’ann\u00e9e 2024 pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer le 20e<\/sup> anniversaire de son accession pr\u00e9coce au club des propri\u00e9taires d\u2019ateliers.<\/p>\n

Toujours un pas d’avance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Aussi passionn\u00e9 d\u2019Enduro-Cross<\/em> et de services automobiles que piqu\u00e9 par l\u2019immobilier, Daniel Hupp\u00e9, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 45 ans, ne cessera de sit\u00f4t de surprendre par ses projets et le soin avec lequel il les r\u00e9alise.<\/p>\n
