Autosphere M\u00e9dia<\/em> a appris que O’Reilly Automotive, un d\u00e9taillant de premier plan dans l’industrie du march\u00e9 secondaire de l’automobile, a annonc\u00e9 la conclusion d’un accord d\u00e9finitif d’achat d’actions avec les actionnaires du Groupe Del Vasto, dont le si\u00e8ge social est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, au Qu\u00e9bec, en vertu duquel O’Reilly acquerra toutes les actions en circulation du Groupe Del Vasto et de ses entit\u00e9s affili\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’achat d’actions devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9 en janvier 2024, sous r\u00e9serve des conditions de cl\u00f4ture habituelles et des approbations r\u00e9glementaires. Groupe Del Vasto op\u00e8re sous le nom de Vast-Auto Distribution (\u00ab Vast-Auto \u00bb).<\/p>\n
