Il est con\u00e7u pour souligner l&rsquo;approche de Mitchell 1 en mati\u00e8re de solutions de bout en bout pour aider les prestataires de services automobiles \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir en \u00e9tablissant et en maintenant des relations solides avec les clients tout au long du cycle de r\u00e9paration du v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Si nous nous concentrons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur la mani\u00e8re dont nous pouvons aider les techniciens \u00e0 r\u00e9parer les v\u00e9hicules, nous nous int\u00e9ressons \u00e9galement beaucoup \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont nous pouvons aider les ateliers \u00e0 se rapprocher de leurs clients \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Johnson.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;approche de Mitchell 1 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de ce concept centr\u00e9 sur le client s&rsquo;articule autour de trois piliers cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connexion<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9paration<\/li>\n<li>Gestion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En termes de \u00ab connexion \u00bb, <i>SocialCRM + LocalSearch<\/i> de Mitchell 1 fournit aux prestataires de services automobiles une gamme d&rsquo;outils pour cr\u00e9er une forte pr\u00e9sence en ligne, ce qui leur permet d&rsquo;augmenter leur classement sur Google et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer leurs relations avec les clients.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la \u00ab r\u00e9paration \u00bb, une fois que les clients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9s par un fournisseur de services sp\u00e9cifique, FEO 1, via son logiciel de r\u00e9paration ProDemand, fournit des informations compl\u00e8tes sur les diagnostics, l&rsquo;entretien et les r\u00e9parations des \u00e9quipementiers, ainsi que des millions de r\u00e9parations de v\u00e9hicules effectu\u00e9es par des experts SureTrack, le tout en une seule fois. L&rsquo;approche de Mitchell 1 consiste \u00e0 fournir une solution de recherche rapide, pr\u00e9cise et facile \u00e0 naviguer pour des proc\u00e9dures de r\u00e9paration sp\u00e9cifiques. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, le technicien peut approfondir des informations sp\u00e9cifiques, mais l&rsquo;objectif final est de gagner du temps, en permettant aux techniciens de se concentrer sur la r\u00e9paration du probl\u00e8me, au lieu d&rsquo;essayer de naviguer dans un labyrinthe de portails pour acc\u00e9der aux donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9paration et aux correctifs dont ils ont besoin.
