Du 7 au 10 novembre, le franchiseur Maaco organisait son congr\u00e8s \u00e0 Cancun o\u00f9 quelque 400 gestionnaires d\u2019ateliers de carrosserie, fournisseurs et membres de la maison m\u00e8re se sont retrouv\u00e9s dans une atmosph\u00e8re festive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le franchiseur Maaco, membre de la grande famille Driven Brands qui op\u00e8re la banni\u00e8re CARSTAR au Canada, compte aussi des ateliers au Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sous le th\u00e8me <\/span>L\u2019avenir du meilleur<\/span><\/i>, ce congr\u00e8s a permis de souligner les r\u00e9alisations des franchis\u00e9s selon plusieurs cat\u00e9gories de performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sous le soleil de Cancun, les participants, qui comptaient aussi dans leurs rangs des partenaires et leaders de l\u2019industrie, ont pu se retrouver et souligner les pratiques les meilleurs d\u2019entre eux.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nos partenaires franchis\u00e9s ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un travail remarquable en livrant une excellente performance et en offrant \u00e0 leurs clients des r\u00e9parations de haute qualit\u00e9 sur leurs v\u00e9hicules\u00a0\u00bb, a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 Daryl Hurst, pr\u00e9sident de Maaco, dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lors d\u2019un point de presse t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, la direction de Maaco a mentionn\u00e9 leur engagement \u00e0 soutenir la croissance du r\u00e9seau en les aidant \u00e0 progresser en mati\u00e8re de bonification de la relation client et de d\u00e9fis technologiques.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9 que le franchiseur veut aider ses ateliers \u00e0 s\u2019attaquer au march\u00e9 porteur des parcs commerciaux.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mentionnons que Maaco compte 50 ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain et offrant les r\u00e9parations de carrosserie et la peinture \u00e0 des prix accessibles.<\/span><\/p>\n
