M. Duncan nous a donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u de la toute nouvelle soudeuse par points intelligente de Pro Spot, la i5s.<\/p>\n<p>Avec sa conception de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, le syst\u00e8me de soudage par points i5s Smart est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une technologie de pointe en mati\u00e8re de soudage automatique adaptatif, ainsi que du WiFi int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et de solides ressources de formation en ligne accessibles directement depuis le poste de soudage lui-m\u00eame. Le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de soudage avanc\u00e9 peut r\u00e9agir activement et ajuster l\u2019\u00e9nergie et la r\u00e9sistance de soudage en fonction de la composition du mat\u00e9riau, ce qui se traduit par un algorithme capable d\u2019ajuster et de modifier continuellement les performances du pistolet pour garantir une soudure optimale, quelle que soit la surface sur laquelle il est utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il n\u2019y a plus de devinettes, explique M. Duncan. \u00ab\u00a0Il est tr\u00e8s important que nous suivions les sp\u00e9cifications des constructeurs afin de pouvoir reproduire avec pr\u00e9cision la soudure que le v\u00e9hicule avait \u00e0 l\u2019origine lors de sa sortie de l\u2019usine.\u00a0\u00bb En outre, l\u2019i5s transmet les donn\u00e9es directement du constructeur du v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 la soudeuse elle-m\u00eame, ce qui garantit que l\u2019algorithme est toujours pr\u00e9cis et capable d\u2019effectuer la soudure comme il se doit.
