Il sert \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la direction pour obtenir des rapports et ajuster sa strat\u00e9gie et pour observer les performances de ses \u00e9quipes. Photo Autosphere<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Les solutions CRM existantes<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les DMS (ou <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dealer Management System<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) sont des logiciels ou des plateformes de gestion globale d\u2019une concession. Parmi les plus connus, on retrouve <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eyloop Serti, PBS Systems, CDK global, Reynolds, EasyDeal, Quorum, Lautopak ou Deskit<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Certaines ont des CRM int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, plus ou moins \u00e9labor\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon Yanick Jomphe, quand le module CRM interne est jug\u00e9 trop \u00ab complexe, pas assez convivial ou performant \u00bb, les concessions utilisent des logiciels CRM externes comme <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activix<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DealerSocket, D2C Media<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CRM 360<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe plusieurs axes pour optimiser son CRM. En voici quelques-uns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pour rendre le CRM simple<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les DMS et CRM doivent aider le personnel en place et communiquer \u00e0 travers tous les d\u00e9partements. \u00ab Le CRM ne doit pas cr\u00e9er un casse-t\u00eate ou du travail doublement inutile \u00bb, indique Yanick Jomphe. Photo D2C Media<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les vendeurs veulent bien renseigner correctement un CRM, mais encore faut-il qu\u2019ils constatent des r\u00e9sultats, comme un gain de temps et des ventes sup\u00e9rieures. \u00ab Si cela est le cas, ils vont embarquer \u00e0 100 %. C\u2019est <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une culture \u00e0 installer, surtout dans nos m\u00e9tiers avec des salaires \u00e0 la commission \u00bb, rappelle M. Gauthier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019y a pas de secret, les meilleurs vendeurs sont souvent ceux qui utilisent le mieux le CRM. \u00ab Ils voient les clients revenir vers eux pour le renouvellement, gr\u00e2ce aux rappels et un meilleur suivi sur le long terme. Ils ne ratent pas une opportunit\u00e9 \u00bb, ajoute Pierre-Olivier Vendette, directeur CRM de l\u2019\u00e9diteur D2C Media. Ce CRM s\u2019int\u00e8gre de fa\u00e7on bidirectionnelle avec les principaux DMS du march\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les rappels doivent \u00eatre pertinents et non invasifs, par exemple quand le client \u00e0 12 mois du terme de location ou afin de ne pas oublier de le contacter deux fois par an. \u00ab Le CRM doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s param\u00e9trable, car chaque concessionnaire a ses processus. Si un client existant est bien suivi sur la dur\u00e9e, il va penser \u00e0 la concession pour le renouvellement de son v\u00e9hicule \u00bb, insiste M. Il convient pour cela d\u2019instaurer de bonnes pratiques et d\u2019offrir des formations. \u00ab Des outils mal utilis\u00e9s, cela peut venir au d\u00e9part d\u2019un manque de formation et d\u2019une m\u00e9connaissance des logiciels. Car la technologie, cela s\u2019apprend \u00bb, souligne Mme Jomphe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La saisie de donn\u00e9es n\u2019est pas la t\u00e2che pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e des vendeurs. Pour l\u2019aider, un CRM \u00ab va automatiser ses t\u00e2ches et ses rappels pour qu\u2019il fasse tous les suivis. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CRM 360<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, install\u00e9 chez nous, trace une <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">route \u00e0 la vente <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb, poursuit M. Gauthier. Toutes les \u00e9tapes du processus de vente sont ainsi renseign\u00e9es par le personnel ou automatiquement : si le client a \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9, ses rendez-vous, ses essais routiers, ses int\u00e9r\u00eats, les ventes ou les rappels \u00e0 effectuer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des donn\u00e9es fiables aident \u00e0 prendre de bonnes d\u00e9cisions d\u2019affaires, \u00e0 optimiser les contacts et donc \u00e0 mieux vendre \u00bb, confirme M. Vendette<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour le volet formation, chez HGr\u00e9goire, les directeurs des concessions sont form\u00e9s par le directeur de la performance, tandis qu\u2019une acad\u00e9mie interne propose des capsules vid\u00e9o pour aider le personnel sur chaque module. Photo HGr\u00e9goire<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque CRM peut remonter des statistiques et des tableaux de bord de qualit\u00e9, si bien param\u00e9tr\u00e9s. \u00ab Les rapports mettent en lumi\u00e8re les performances des repr\u00e9sentants, leurs forces et faiblesses, afin de pouvoir leur apporter de l\u2019accompagnement et des formations pertinentes \u00bb, ajoute M. Legault.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un pourcentage tr\u00e8s important pour une concession est celui des demandes internet qui n\u2019ont pas re\u00e7u de r\u00e9ponses. Ce sont des prospects non contact\u00e9s et donc des opportunit\u00e9s rat\u00e9es. Des vendeurs doivent alors les rejoindre par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, texto puis courriel. \u00ab 25 % des gens lisent un courriel \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de 24h, 80 % des gens ouvrent un texto \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de 5 minutes, le courriel est le troisi\u00e8me moyen de communication\u00bb, informe M.
