Gagn\u00e9 a ouvert un premier atelier de carrosserie \u00e0 Blainville en 2003 apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es \u00e0 faire ses classes chez un concessionnaire. Jusqu\u2019en 2010, le carrossier op\u00e9rera l\u2019atelier de fa\u00e7on ind\u00e9pendante, avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision d\u00e9terminante pour la suite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab J\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de joindre la banni\u00e8re Carrossier ProColor \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, explique l\u2019entrepreneur. \u00c7a \u00e9t\u00e9 sans contredit un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant pour mon atelier. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de ProColor a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e0 pour m\u2019accompagner alors que je voulais faire progresser mon entreprise. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon lui, de joindre ce groupe lui a grandement facilit\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement des relations d\u2019affaires avec les compagnies d\u2019assurances. \u00ab De plus, me joindre \u00e0 cette banni\u00e8re me donnait acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9 d\u2019entrepreneurs, des carrossiers inspirants avec lesquels je pouvais apprendre et partager. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Une approche multiateliers<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au fil des ans et des opportunit\u00e9s, deux autres ateliers se sont ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 celui de Blainville. L\u2019atelier de Piedmont\/Saint-Sauveur puis celui de Laval Est ont rejoint le groupe toujours sous la banni\u00e8re Carrossier ProColor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cr\u00e9ation de ce groupe de carrosseries d\u00e9coule de l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial de M. Gagn\u00e9 mais repose aussi sur sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir s\u2019entourer. \u00ab Mes deux filles sont impliqu\u00e9es dans l\u2019entreprise, tout comme mon \u00e9pouse Julie, explique-t-il. J\u2019ai aussi deux partenaires d\u2019affaires qui m\u2019appuient dans les op\u00e9rations des succursales. Il est de premi\u00e8re importance pour moi que mes filles Naomie et Oph\u00e9lie soient sur le plancher et fassent leurs preuves dans les \u00e9quipes. Et puis, c\u2019est essentiel dans notre approche de gestion que nous soyons proches de nos employ\u00e9s. Photo Karyne Plouffe<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><b>Trois ateliers autonomes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les trois ateliers fonctionnent de fa\u00e7on ind\u00e9pendante et autonome m\u00eame si parfois certains v\u00e9hicules peuvent circuler d\u2019un atelier \u00e0 l\u2019autre pour des services sp\u00e9cifiques. Mentionnons d\u2019ailleurs que M. Gagn\u00e9 ne l\u00e9sine pas sur les investissements, venant tout juste de faire rena\u00eetre son atelier Piedmont \/ Saint-Sauveur en le logeant dans un immense local tout neuf et garni des derni\u00e8res technologies \u00e0 Saint-Anne des Lacs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec son \u00e9quipe familiale et de gestionnaires de confiance, le carrossier op\u00e8re ces ateliers avec une approche de proximit\u00e9. \u00ab \u00c9videmment, je peux suivre les chiffres et indicateurs en temps r\u00e9el gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un tableau de bord de ma conception, explique-t-il. Mais au-del\u00e0 des chiffres, notre arme secr\u00e8te c\u2019est notre \u00e9coute. Nous offrons des conditions concurrentielles \u00e0 nos quelque 80 employ\u00e9s. On a beau avoir les meilleurs \u00e9quipements, il nous faut des techniciens qualifi\u00e9s et motiv\u00e9s pour les op\u00e9rer \u00e0 leur pleine capacit\u00e9.
