Ces derniers re\u00e7oivent couramment des automobilistes qui se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 leur porte avec des attentes sans commune mesure avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mal inform\u00e9s des clauses de leur contrat d\u2019assurance, ils s\u2019attendent \u00e0 des d\u00e9lais et conditions de r\u00e9paration sans lien avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 que nos ateliers vivent pr\u00e9sentement. Les enqu\u00eateurs r\u00e9gleurs des compagnies d\u2019assurance, ceux qui re\u00e7oivent les appels souvent alarm\u00e9s de clients en \u00e9tat de choc ou du moins troubl\u00e9s par cette situation d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, ne semblent pas donner l\u2019heure juste \u00e0 leurs clients. L\u2019op\u00e9ration doit aller vite et souvent, ces premiers r\u00e9pondants n\u2019ont pas la formation n\u00e9cessaire pour bien informer le client.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Des attentes irr\u00e9alistes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette situation fait que le consommateur arrive \u00e0 l\u2019atelier, encore trop souvent sans rendez-vous, avec des attentes irr\u00e9alistes : Une estimation en 15 minutes, une voiture de remplacement gratuitement offerte pour la dur\u00e9e des travaux et ce m\u00eame s\u2019ils s\u2019allongent pour des raisons hors de notre contr\u00f4le, l\u2019utilisation exclusive de pi\u00e8ces d\u2019origine m\u00eame sur un v\u00e9hicule vieillissant ou encore une livraison dans les prochaines semaines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un contexte de raret\u00e9 de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, d\u2019allongement et de complexification des processus de r\u00e9paration ou encore de pi\u00e8ces de remplacement manquantes, impossible de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes du client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La frustration du client qui s&rsquo;ensuit, laquelle est tout \u00e0 fait compr\u00e9hensible, doit \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9e par le carrossier qui doit donner l\u2019information du contexte de r\u00e9paration, ce qui aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre fait d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, au premier contact avec l\u2019assureur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le carrossier ne peut se substituer \u00e0 l\u2019assureur. Nous comprenons que nos ateliers sont, dans la t\u00eate des consommateurs, comme le prolongement de son entente de couverture. Cependant notre r\u00f4le n\u2019est pas de g\u00e9rer les attentes du client, notre r\u00f4le est de r\u00e9parer des voitures dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art, dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais que les conditions actuelles nous permettent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est face \u00e0 cette situation qui perdure depuis quelques ann\u00e9es que la CCPQ a pris l\u2019initiative d\u2019adresser aux dirigeants des grands r\u00e9seaux d\u2019assureurs du Qu\u00e9bec une lettre leur rappelant les bases de la relation tripartite qui lie les assur\u00e9s, les carrossiers, mais \u00e9galement les compagnies d\u2019assurance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tous nos ateliers de carrosserie se d\u00e9vouent pour garantir que les clients qui s\u2019adressent \u00e0 eux re\u00e7oivent un service courtois et professionnel.
