Dans le m\u00eame sens, certains intervenants du secteur mentionnent certes l\u2019importance de la formation, mais que pour l\u2019instant, le besoin d\u2019investir dans cette direction est minimal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s que nos ateliers couvrent, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, hybrides et hybrides rechargeables peut \u00eatre marginale pour l\u2019instant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourtant, quand je regarde les statistiques, les ventes de V\u00c9, tous types confondus, augmentent chaque ann\u00e9e. Les statistiques pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023 ne sont pas encore compl\u00e8tes, mais avec les deux premiers trimestres d\u00e9j\u00e0 compt\u00e9s, les ventes de V\u00c9 occupent 20 % des ventes de v\u00e9hicules neufs au Qu\u00e9bec. Il faut \u00eatre aveugle pour ne pas voir cette tendance de fond qui va grandir rapidement alors que l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance de 2035 approche \u00e0 grands pas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans mon atelier, je r\u00e9pare et j\u2019entretiens des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Pour l\u2019illustrer, je saute \u00e0 deux cas trait\u00e9s r\u00e9cemment. Le premier, un Tesla Model 3 2018. Plainte du client : quand il d\u00e9marre son auto, on dirait qu\u2019il est dans un 747 tellement le ventilateur du radiateur fait du bruit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ici, avec notre formation, nous avons su aller directement au point. Et, c\u2019\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re 3 avec ce probl\u00e8me qui rentrait chez nous. Une fois le v\u00e9hicule en mode service, nous y avons demand\u00e9 de faire un \u00ab Thermal System Performance Test \u00bb, qui nous a mis sur la bonne piste, un nettoyage du condenseur avant r\u00e9glait le probl\u00e8me. Z\u00e9ro pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 remplacer. Gants en main, batterie haute tension ouverte, nous avons pu trouver qu\u2019une des cellules dans la batterie \u00e9tait court-circuit\u00e9e par son bo\u00eetier. M\u00eame si cette r\u00e9paration a \u00e9t\u00e9 moins int\u00e9ressante \u00e0 annoncer, le client \u00e9tait extr\u00eamement content d\u2019avoir trouv\u00e9 une solution chez nous au lieu d\u2019aller chez le concessionnaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ici, on parle de deux V\u00c9 hors garantie qui se sont retrouv\u00e9s chez nous, \u00e0 Val-Joli, dans le bois. Pour certain, le 20 % qui va venir cogner \u00e0 vos baies de service est n\u00e9gligeable. Et tout comme quand l\u2019injection et l\u2019\u00e9lectronique a fait sont entr\u00e9e, je crois sinc\u00e8rement que dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es, plusieurs vont avoir du rattrapage colossal \u00e0 faire pour rester en affaires.
