La relation client peut-elle passer par la technologie de l\u2019information ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La relation est d\u00e9finie par \u00ab une op\u00e9ration mentale, le plus souvent totalement implicite et involontaire, qui consiste \u00e0 situer l\u2019autre vis-\u00e0-vis de soi et soi vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019autre. \u00bb La technologie se veut une \u00ab \u00e9tude des outils, des machines, des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et des m\u00e9thodes employ\u00e9es dans les diverses branches de l\u2019industrie. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est bien \u00e9vident, selon la d\u00e9finition de chaque terme, que l\u2019amalgame des deux demeure complexe. Par ailleurs, l\u2019autonomisation peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finie comme une nouvelle forme de la relation client tout en renfor\u00e7ant la confiance des clients dans de multiples services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La personnalisation technologique sur mesure avec l\u2019entr\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es sur chaque client. La contribution dynamique pour chaque client avec l\u2019utilisation des technologies en place, la num\u00e9risation (l\u2019ensemble des processus visant \u00e0 transformer les outils et proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d\u2019une entreprise pour les remplacer par de puissants outils num\u00e9riques). Nous parlions en 2022 des outils technologiques qui devaient r\u00e9volutionner l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client : IA (intelligence artificielle), ML (Machine Learning) et le lien humain.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Les avantages de l\u2019IA<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La plupart des entreprises investissent dans l\u2019IA, car celles-ci offrent une multitude d\u2019avantages. Pour la ML qui permet aux ordinateurs de rep\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es souvent cach\u00e9es sans programmation a priori et aide les entreprises \u00e0 identifier rapidement les probl\u00e8mes. La fusion de la ML et de l\u2019IA fait bon m\u00e9nage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans l\u2019industrie automobile, nous avons une panoplie d\u2019outils technologiques permettant d\u2019optimiser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client. Il faut tout de m\u00eame les conna\u00eetre et faire le bon choix. La richesse du savoir et de l\u2019organisation permet un meilleur suivi pour la client\u00e8le, une meilleure r\u00e9tention, en outre une meilleure rentabilit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En th\u00e9orie, ce principe est facile \u00e0 comprendre, mais en pratique c\u2019est un peu plus complexe. Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques concessionnaires de cibler les 25 meilleurs clients dans leur banque de donn\u00e9es. Nous d\u00e9finissons un bon client comme celui qui : \u00ab a \u00e9t\u00e9 fid\u00e8le pour l\u2019achat de v\u00e9hicules, de visites au service ou pi\u00e8ces et selon les r\u00e9ponses aux sondages des manufacturiers automobiles. \u00bb Aucun ne savait trop que faire pour obtenir ce genre d\u2019informations, m\u00eame avec les plus grandes technologies. Pour optimiser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client avec la technologie, il faut avoir la formation requise pour manier tous les outils de gestion et devenir un expert en la mati\u00e8re dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Suivre la technologie<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La technologie ne cesse de progresser, et ce, \u00e0 une vitesse grand V. Toutes les entreprises devront suivre cette vague, surtout lorsque nous passerons en mode \u00e9lectrique dans l\u2019industrie. Le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le deviendra l\u2019atout majeur qui viendra diff\u00e9rencier chaque concessionnaire. Le Big \u00ab Wow \u00bb, le \u00ab suivi \u00bb, les \u00ab attentions \u00bb, les \u00ab invitations \u00bb et le \u00ab spectacle \u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isaac Bashevis Singer (Artiste, Auteur de livre pour enfants, M\u00e9morialiste, Nouvelliste, Romancier, Traducteur (1902-1991) dit : \u00ab je ne crois pas que la litt\u00e9rature ait quoi que ce soit \u00e0 craindre de la technologie.
