C\u2019est \u00e0 Orlando, en Floride, que s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 4 au 6 octobre le Congr\u00e8s mondial du R\u00e9seau Fix o\u00f9 le plaisir de se retrouver se combinait \u00e0 un contenu informatif et stimulant.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette grande rencontre r\u00e9unissait des franchis\u00e9s du r\u00e9seau en carrosserie, vitres d\u2019auto et m\u00e9canique,\u00a0 venus des quatre coins du monde sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Fa\u00e7onner l\u2019avenir \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ce th\u00e8me ambitieux \u00e9tait appuy\u00e9 par des conf\u00e9rences anim\u00e9es par des sp\u00e9cialistes et membres de l\u2019organisation qui ont expliqu\u00e9 comment ces entrepreneurs devaient se positionner face aux changements du march\u00e9, mais aussi face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de leur propre entreprise.<\/p>\n

Steve Leal, pr\u00e9sident et CEO du R\u00e9seau Fix Monde, a donn\u00e9 le ton du congr\u00e8s lors de son allocution d\u2019ouverture. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons v\u00e9cu collectivement une p\u00e9riode difficile qui, pour notre organisation, a retard\u00e9 notre progression, a-t-il dit. Mais aujourd\u2019hui, on peut aller de l\u2019avant face \u00e0 un avenir brillant. Nous allons travailler \u00e0 bannir les silos et \u0153uvrer sur notre r\u00e9seau qui est la seule organisation \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter l\u2019ensemble des solutions pour l\u2019apr\u00e8s-march\u00e9 automobile, et ce globalement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Rappelons que le R\u00e9seau Fix op\u00e8re au Canada les franchises Fix Auto, Carrossier ProColor, Speedy et Novus Vitre d\u2019auto. La marque Fix est utilis\u00e9e mondialement \u00e0 l\u2019exception des \u00c9tats-Unis o\u00f9 le d\u00e9veloppement repose sur la franchise ProColor.<\/p>\n

Parlant de la solidit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau et son ambition de le faire cro\u00eetre ici au Canada, mais aussi sur des march\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentement porteurs comme les \u00c9tats-Unis, l\u2019Europe ou encore le Moyen-Orient et l\u2019Oc\u00e9anie, M. Leal a annonc\u00e9, \u00e0 la grande joie des congressistes, que le R\u00e9seau Fix est maintenant partenaire de l\u2019\u00e9curie Alfa Rom\u00e9o sur le circuit mondial de Formule 1. Une nouvelle qui a attir\u00e9 des commentaires \u00e9logieux des participants, voyant dans ce partenariat une remarquable visibilit\u00e9 mondiale pour la marque.<\/p>\n

La vision de Steve Leal est de d\u00e9cloisonner le march\u00e9 secondaire automobile en multipliant le nombre de franchis\u00e9s offrant les services de carrosserie, d\u2019entretien et de r\u00e9paration automobile ainsi que de r\u00e9paration ou de remplacement de vitres d\u2019auto sous un m\u00eame toit. Cette formule qui permet aux franchis\u00e9s de se positionner sur leurs march\u00e9s r\u00e9pond aussi aux attentes des consommateurs qui veulent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des professionnels en mesure de veiller sur la bonne sant\u00e9 de leurs v\u00e9hicules sous tous les aspects.<\/p>\n

Pour illustrer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de cette approche, une table ronde d\u2019entrepreneurs poss\u00e9dant une combinaison de franchises est venue t\u00e9moigner de leur exp\u00e9rience. De ce nombre, Val\u00e9rie V\u00e9ronneau, pr\u00e9sidente du Groupe V\u00e9ronneau en Estrie qui compte trois ateliers sur quatre sites combinant la carrosserie, la m\u00e9canique et la vitre d\u2019auto.<\/p>\n
