{"id":394838,"date":"2023-09-19T16:41:32","date_gmt":"2023-09-19T20:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=394838"},"modified":"2023-09-19T16:41:32","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T20:41:32","slug":"diagnostic-dun-probleme-de-recharge-sur-une-volt-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2023\/09\/19\/diagnostic-dun-probleme-de-recharge-sur-une-volt-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Diagnostic d\u2019un probl\u00e8me de recharge sur une Volt 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Cette semaine, nous avons eu la visite d\u2019une Chevrolet Volt 2016 qui avait un probl\u00e8me de charge.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Question de savoir o\u00f9 on s\u2019enligne, une petite lecture des codes d\u2019anomalie va nous aider \u00e0 trouver une bonne charte de diagnostic :<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> P1EC1Battery Energy Control Module High Voltage Energy Management Communication Bus Enable Circuit Low Voltage<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la description du circuit en probl\u00e8me, on nous indique que le <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HybridPowertrain Control Module 2<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (HPCM2) alimente ce circuit pour \u00e9veiller le <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Battery Energy Control Module<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (BECM) et que la communication d\u00e9bute. Si on s\u2019attend \u00e0 voir une source d\u2019alimentation et que finalement il n\u2019en a pas, ce code d\u2019anomalie est enregistr\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9butons le diagnostic. Pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, on nous demande de nous assurer qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas le code U185B. Ce n\u2019est pas le cas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prochaine \u00e9tape, on doit d\u00e9brancher le connecteur X357 situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avant de la batterie haute tension et v\u00e9rifier si en branchant une lampe t\u00e9moin (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">test light<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) entre le terminal num\u00e9ro 5 et la masse elle s\u2019allume. Photo Prodemand<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><b>Valider avant de remplacer<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les prochaines \u00e9tapes nous demandent de v\u00e9rifier si le circuit est \u00e0 la masse, et s\u2019il est ouvert entre le HPCM2 et le BECM. Tout est correct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors, on nous recommande de remplacer le HPCM2.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encore une fois, le remplacement d\u2019un module n\u2019est pas toujours plaisant \u00e0 annoncer \u00e0 un client sans savoir si c\u2019est la fin de la r\u00e9paration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la premi\u00e8re v\u00e9rification, on nous demande de prendre une lampe t\u00e9moin. On s\u2019entend, une lampe t\u00e9moin, \u00e7a prend 12V pour s\u2019allumer. Alors, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer le travail du HPCM2 et d\u2019injecter du 12V dans ce circuit avec la cl\u00e9 \u00e0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le code dispara\u00eet, et le v\u00e9hicule se recharge sans probl\u00e8me. Bingo !
