La peinture existante doit \u00eatre soigneusement nettoy\u00e9e et ponc\u00e9e avant d\u2019appliquer de la peinture de r\u00e9paration. Cela peut \u00eatre difficile, voire impossible, si les moulures ne sont pas enlev\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Fusion de la couleur<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les couleurs de plus en plus complexes utilis\u00e9es par les constructeurs automobiles et le niveau de qualit\u00e9 attendu des consommateurs laissent peu de marge de man\u0153uvre quand vient le temps de repeindre le v\u00e9hicule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tous les manufacturiers recommandent de fusionner la couleur dans le panneau adjacent si le panneau r\u00e9par\u00e9 est peint au complet ou en grande partie, et ce m\u00eame si l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de couleur semble tr\u00e8s bon. Des facteurs environnementaux tels que la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019air, l\u2019humidit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quipement de pulv\u00e9risation et m\u00eame l\u2019emplacement et la visibilit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9paration n\u00e9cessitent presque toujours qu\u2019une fusion soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9e pour assurer une r\u00e9paration \u00ab invisible \u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Nuan\u00e7age des couleurs<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avec la mondialisation et la multiplication des usines de production dans le monde, il est pratiquement impossible d\u2019avoir une uniformit\u00e9 de couleur globale pour les manufacturiers automobiles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toyota par exemple compte environ 50 usines \u00e0 travers le monde. Malgr\u00e9 tous les efforts, les couleurs de deux v\u00e9hicules ayant le m\u00eame code mais fabriqu\u00e9s dans deux usines diff\u00e9rentes ne seront pas exactement identiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les manufacturiers de peinture sugg\u00e8rent le nuan\u00e7age si la meilleure formule pour la r\u00e9paration risque de pr\u00e9senter quand m\u00eame une diff\u00e9rence lorsque fusionn\u00e9e. Le nuan\u00e7age de la formule devrait \u00eatre fait pour rapprocher la couleur afin qu\u2019elle puisse donner une r\u00e9paration \u00ab invisible \u00bb une fois fusionn\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est possible de nuancer une couleur jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une \u00ab correspondance \u00bb exacte, mais cela prend presque toujours plus de temps que de fusionner la couleur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Fusion du vernis<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aucun manufacturier de peinture n\u2019offre de garantie sur une fusion du vernis. Celui-ci doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur toute la pi\u00e8ce, sans exception. Les manufacturiers automobiles ont la m\u00eame exigence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fusion du vernis entra\u00eene une diminution de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du film qui se d\u00e9composera plus rapidement lorsque expos\u00e9 aux UV. La r\u00e9paration va se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer et devenir \u00e9vidente au fil du temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Sablage et polissage du vernis<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9videmment, la meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00e9liminer les d\u00e9fauts de surface du vernis est de prendre les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires en amont : bien nettoyer le v\u00e9hicule, porter un habit de peinture, entretenir la cabine, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, il est possible que des travaux de finition soient n\u00e9cessaires malgr\u00e9 tous ces efforts. Tous les manufacturiers ont des proc\u00e9dures \u00e9crites pour ces op\u00e9rations.
