Apr\u00e8s un hiatus impos\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie, non seulement le centre de formation reprend-il du service, mais l\u2019organisation a profit\u00e9 de cette p\u00e9riode pour revoir en profondeur son offre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La formation est un pivot pour nos ateliers, un important levier qui s\u2019inscrit dans une approche globale de d\u00e9veloppement, explique Andr\u00e9 Cabana, Premier Vice-pr\u00e9sident du R\u00e9seau Fix. Nous voulons aider nos franchis\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver, \u00e0 former et \u00e0 valoriser leurs ressources humaines. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cela se traduit par le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un service de soutien au recrutement international, par l\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences des nouveaux travailleurs, mais aussi par l\u2019accompagnement dans les investissements en \u00e9quipements et la formation n\u00e9cessaire pour les rentabiliser.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Notre centre de formation, o\u00f9 Fran\u00e7ois Pitre attend nos carrossiers et leurs techniciens, est un maillon de cette cha\u00eene du d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019expertise, reprend M. Cabana. Nous construisons avec ce formateur et St\u00e9phanie La Roque, en poste au si\u00e8ge social depuis quatre ans et nouvellement nomm\u00e9e coordonnatrice du centre de formation, un programme flexible de formation. Ce programme permettra aux carrossiers d\u2019embrasser les nouvelles technologies, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse du travail sur les structures en nouveaux alliages ou sur les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et hybrides ou, encore, du diagnostic et de la calibration des composants des syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide la conduite. Nous voulons leur rendre ce virage plus facile et nous assurer qu\u2019ils le font dans une vision de profitabilit\u00e9 et de valorisation de leurs travailleurs. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comp\u00e9tences et fid\u00e9lisation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comme le souligne M. Cabana, la formation est un outil de fid\u00e9lisation important autant pour les nouveaux arrivants que pour les techniciens d\u00e9j\u00e0 en poste.<\/p>\n<p>La carte des formations en construction tient compte des autres d\u00e9marches de certifications. Ainsi, elles sont cr\u00e9dit\u00e9s dans les programmes I-CAR et le processus de certification des constructeurs automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je comprends qu\u2019il est difficile pour un gestionnaire d\u2019atelier, dans le contexte de raret\u00e9 de maind\u2019oeuvre et de forts volumes de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 r\u00e9parer que nous vivons actuellement, de lib\u00e9rer des techniciens pour les envoyer en formation, reprend M. Cabana. C\u2019est pour cela que nous allons tout faire pour all\u00e9ger cette d\u00e9marche. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, par exemple, il n\u2019est pas exclu que certaines tranches de la formation se donnent dans des ateliers en r\u00e9gion afin de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9placements. Une partie de l\u2019enseignement pourrait aussi se donner \u00e0 distance. \u00ab Ce qu\u2019il faut retenir, c\u2019est que l\u2019avenir de la carrosserie et le maintien d\u2019une image d\u2019excellence reposent sur la formation.
