Cette technologie de d\u00e9sactivation \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique des soupapes est l’une des 34 innovations automobiles r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9sign\u00e9es comme finalistes dans le cadre du concours annuel qui identifie et c\u00e9l\u00e8bre les derni\u00e8res innovations qui changent la donne, de l’usine au produit et \u00e0 la salle d’exposition.<\/p>\n

Le syst\u00e8me eRocker de Schaeffler, premier du genre sur le march\u00e9, est un syst\u00e8me de soupape \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9sactiver les soupapes d’\u00e9chappement du moteur. Le syst\u00e8me se compose de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux : un actionneur \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique \u00e0 deux broches, deux barres coulissantes et huit (4 cylindres) ou douze (6 cylindres) suiveurs \u00e0 doigt \u00e0 galet commutables. Le syst\u00e8me est actuellement en production chez un grand constructeur automobile mondial sur un moteur \u00e0 essence six cylindres et quatre cylindres.<\/p>\n
