Cela a permis aux centres de carrosserie de r\u00e9duire les temps de cycle tout en fournissant des r\u00e9sultats de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p><em>Autosphere<\/em> pr\u00e9sente ici quelques-uns des derniers \u00e9quipements \/ produits de s\u00e9chage et de durcissement disponibles sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ONECHOICE UV-Cured Primer Surfacers<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lors du choix d&rsquo;un appr\u00eat, la rapidit\u00e9 de son durcissement peut avoir un impact significatif sur l&rsquo;ensemble du processus de r\u00e9novation. Les produits de surface ONECHOICE UV-Cured Primer, disponibles chez PPG, peuvent \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement polym\u00e9ris\u00e9s et pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre ponc\u00e9s en seulement deux minutes. Disponibles en quarts pr\u00eats \u00e0 pulv\u00e9riser, en SU 1280 UV ou en SUA 1280 UV Aerosol Shake &lsquo;n Spray, ces Surfacers Primer \u00e0 s\u00e9chage UV ONECHOICE sont con\u00e7us pour des r\u00e9parations ultra-rapides de petites et moyennes surfaces et se caract\u00e9risent par des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 deux couches qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir un film de 4 \u00e0 5 millilitres.<\/p>\n<p>La variante SUA 1280-UV Shake &lsquo;n Spray offre des performances \u00e9lev\u00e9es sur une large gamme de substrats correctement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, y compris la plupart des plastiques rigides et semi-rigides. Il suffit d&rsquo;agiter la bombe et de la pulv\u00e9riser pour l&rsquo;appliquer, sans m\u00e9lange ni nettoyage. Photo PPG<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>SATA dryjet 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le dryjet 2 de SATA est con\u00e7u comme un pistolet \u00e9conomique, durable et n\u00e9cessitant peu d&rsquo;entretien. Le jet sec 2 fonctionne selon le principe de Venturi, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;en plus de l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9 fourni, une partie de l&rsquo;air ambiant est aspir\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;appareil. Le flux d&rsquo;air uniforme et large g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la zone d&rsquo;injection de la buse \u00e0 jet large contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le temps d&rsquo;\u00e9vaporation.
