Le conseil d&rsquo;administration de Sherwin-Williams est d\u00e9sormais compos\u00e9 de dix membres, dont neuf administrateurs ind\u00e9pendants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">M. Williams, 64 ans, est actuellement pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif de Parker-Hannifin Corporation. Parker-Hannifin est un fabricant mondial diversifi\u00e9 de technologies et de syst\u00e8mes de mouvement et de contr\u00f4le, qui fournit des solutions techniques de pr\u00e9cision pour une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de march\u00e9s mobiles, industriels et a\u00e9rospatiaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00ab Nous sommes heureux que Tom rejoigne notre conseil d\u2019administration \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 John G. Il prendra sa retraite en tant que pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2023. M. Williams a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment occup\u00e9 le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif de Parker-Hannifin d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt 2008 \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2015 et celui de directeur des op\u00e9rations de novembre 2006 \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2015. Avant de rejoindre Parker-Hannifin en 2003, M. Williams a pass\u00e9 22 ans chez General Electric, o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 des postes de direction cl\u00e9s dans plusieurs groupes d&rsquo;entreprises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">M. Williams est titulaire d&rsquo;une licence en ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9canique de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Bucknell et d&rsquo;un MBA de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 Xavier. M.
