Je prends comme exemple les programmes de formation des techniciens et d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation des ateliers mis en branle par plusieurs r\u00e9seaux ind\u00e9pendants afin de pouvoir accueillir cette nouvelle client\u00e8le.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Le Qu\u00e9bec avantag\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutes proportions gard\u00e9es, la voiture \u00e9lectrique est tr\u00e8s populaire au Qu\u00e9bec. Cette longueur d\u2019avance est bien appuy\u00e9e par un programme de formation bien structur\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Comp\u00e9tences V\u00c9. Ce programme qui inspire le reste du Canada permet non seulement aux techniciens d\u2019aller chercher les connaissances les rendant aptes \u00e0 travailler sur ces v\u00e9hicules de nouvelles technologies, mais aussi au personnel de comptoir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fait, c\u2019est toute la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement qui doit se mettre \u00e0 niveau, incluant les distributeurs et magasins de pi\u00e8ces. L\u2019expertise doit rejoindre tous les joueurs de notre industrie. Les pi\u00e8ces de remplacement pour ces v\u00e9hicules qui, malgr\u00e9 ce que l\u2019on peut croire, demandent de l\u2019entretien, sont disponibles en nombre toujours croissant.
