Photo Carrosserie Euro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Carrossier de 25 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et \u00e0 la t\u00eate de sa carrosserie depuis 20 ans, M. Cutrone se sp\u00e9cialise dans les voitures haut de gamme et de performance. Il cumule plusieurs certifications de constructeurs aussi prestigieux que Bentley, Tesla ou encore Ferrari. Pour lui, la relation avec les clients est primordiale, car ils m\u00e9ritent que leurs voitures soient r\u00e9par\u00e9es selon les strictes normes des constructeurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour que mon entreprise soit rentable, je charge un tarif et des frais qui refl\u00e8tent ma r\u00e9alit\u00e9, explique-t-il. Nous vivons une \u00e9poque rare o\u00f9 les carrossiers peuvent et doivent dire non quand les assureurs essaient de n\u00e9gocier nos conditions \u00e0 la baisse. Il y a \u00e0 ce chapitre un grand besoin d\u2019\u00e9ducation. Les voitures de leurs clients doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9es selon les processus des constructeurs avec des \u00e9quipements modernes et souvent co\u00fbteux, appuy\u00e9s par des techniciens hautement form\u00e9s. Tout ce que j\u2019ai \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre face \u00e0 cette relation o\u00f9 l\u2019assureur tente de n\u00e9gocier chaque dollar et nous alourdir de t\u00e2ches administratives suppl\u00e9mentaires, c\u2019est de nous payer pour la valeur r\u00e9elle de notre travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><b>Savoir dire non<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Ce carrossier d\u2019excellence n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 refuser des v\u00e9hicules dont l\u2019estimation des travaux ne correspond pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ou encore que l\u2019assureur demande de livrer dans des d\u00e9lais irr\u00e9alistes. Quand je lui demande s\u2019il ne craint pas ainsi de se couper de certains assureurs, M. Cutrone r\u00e9pond que dans bien des cas, l\u2019assureur va se raviser et lui revenir avec une offre qui r\u00e9pond exactement \u00e0 ses demandes. \u00ab\u00a0Je ne retire pas un dollar, ce dollar est \u00e0 moi et je le m\u00e9rite pour mon travail. Quand je vais au restaurant, je ne n\u00e9gocie pas le prix de la c\u00f4te de b\u0153uf.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><b>Pas de n\u00e9gociation \u00e0 la baisse<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Ce carrossier d\u00e9plore le fait que l\u2019assureur cherchera par tous les moyens d\u2019avoir la facture la moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour la r\u00e9alisation des travaux. \u00ab\u00a0Il y a des processus \u00e0 respecter et dans bien des cas, par exemple, on ne peut pas substituer une pi\u00e8ce de remplacement d\u2019origine par une pi\u00e8ce recycl\u00e9e, illustre-t-il. Il faut respecter les normes du constructeur et surtout, respecter le client et lui redonner un v\u00e9hicule dans la m\u00eame condition qu\u2019avant la collision.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00e9moignage de M. Cutrone est particuli\u00e8rement inspirant pour l\u2019ensemble de nos carrossiers qui vivent encore trop souvent des relations tendues avec les assureurs. Un carrossier qui facture l\u2019ouverture du dossier, pr\u00e9sente un estim\u00e9 d\u00e9taill\u00e9 et document\u00e9, ajoute des frais si l\u2019estimateur veut d\u2019autres photos ou des documents suppl\u00e9mentaires ou encore efface simplement de son vocabulaire la notion de la voiture de courtoisie est l\u2019incarnation de ce que doivent \u00eatre les professionnels de la r\u00e9paration aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>Les assureurs ne r\u00e9parent pas les voitures.
