De nos jours, pratiquement tous les v\u00e9hicules r\u00e9cents exigent des prises de mesure pr\u00e9cises et l\u2019\u00e9talonnage de leurs syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite pour qu\u2019ils puissent retrouver leur \u00e9tat d\u2019origine. En outre, les avanc\u00e9es technologiques et les mises \u00e0 jour des logiciels exigent d\u2019importants investissements de la part des centres de carrosserie pour la mise \u00e0 niveau de leur \u00e9quipement afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences \u00e9volutives en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9paration. Nous pr\u00e9sentons ici un aper\u00e7u des certains outils d\u2019\u00e9talonnage des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite et de prises de mesure actuellement vendus sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Appareil de diagnostic asTech<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019appareil de diagnostic asTech de Repairify est con\u00e7u pour simplifier le processus de r\u00e9paration des v\u00e9hicules r\u00e9cents en offrant plusieurs fonctions diff\u00e9rentes, y compris l\u2019\u00e9talonnage, l\u2019information et la programmation des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite, et il donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information diagnostique de r\u00e9paration des FEO et FEO compatibles avec un seul et unique appareil. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Avec l\u2019appareil de diagnostic asTech, les techniciens peuvent s\u00e9lectionner le bon mode de balayage de diagnostic en fonction du travail \u00e0 effectuer et produire ais\u00e9ment des estimations et des rapports. Chris Chesney, vice-pr\u00e9sident, Formation et d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel chez Repairify, fait remarquer que de nos jours, les ateliers de r\u00e9paration et d\u2019\u00e9talonnage automobile doivent consid\u00e9rer les m\u00eames crit\u00e8res que les FEO ou le march\u00e9 secondaire qui sont \u00ab\u00a0exactement de la m\u00eame taille, de la m\u00eame couleur, du m\u00eame contraste et de la m\u00eame nuance que celles des FEO. Les techniciens doivent \u00e9galement avoir acc\u00e8s aux appareils d\u2019usine des FEO, soit en se procurant ceux qui correspondent aux v\u00e9hicules de la client\u00e8le de l\u2019atelier, soit en faisant appel \u00e0 un service externe offrant l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux appareils d\u2019usine des FEO qui se trouvent dans un centre de donn\u00e9es autoris\u00e9, entretenu et exploit\u00e9 par un technicien certifi\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019appareil de diagnostic asTech est un incontournable pour assurer des r\u00e9parations ad\u00e9quates et s\u00e9curitaires.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>DAS 3000 de Bosch<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019appareil DAS 3000 de la Division du march\u00e9 secondaire automobile de Bosch permet d\u2019effectuer des \u00e9talonnages de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite de grande qualit\u00e9 et de grande pr\u00e9cision. Le DAS 3000\u00a0int\u00e8gre une vaste s\u00e9lection de cibles d\u2019\u00e9talonnage r\u00e9glables pour l\u2019\u00e9talonnage statique. Ainsi, il int\u00e8gre des fonctions r\u00e9glables, comme le r\u00e9glage de l\u2019angle d\u2019inclinaison, un chariot universel et un chariot multifonction permettant de r\u00e9gler la hauteur et d\u2019installer une barre de mesure de pr\u00e9cision pour les cibles de dimension standard et de plus grande dimension. Selon Scott McKinney, directeur de produit principal chez Bosch, le DAS 3000 a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part en tant qu\u2019outil intuitif et convivial que les techniciens peuvent apprendre \u00e0 utiliser rapidement pour maximiser leur efficacit\u00e9 et leur productivit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019ils effectuent des \u00e9talonnages de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite. Les techniciens apprendront rapidement comment utiliser le syst\u00e8me et pourront commencer \u00e0 cartographier les dommages aux v\u00e9hicules et \u00e0 \u00e9valuer plus rapidement et avec plus de pr\u00e9cision les r\u00e9parations \u00e0 effectuer. Il est en outre tr\u00e8s polyvalent et peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 divers emplacements et environnements dans l\u2019atelier. Comme le fait remarquer Mike Croker, directeur de la gestion des produits, Technologie des collisions chez Chief, cela permet d\u2019utiliser le syst\u00e8me alors que le v\u00e9hicule est sur pont-\u00e9l\u00e9vateur ou au sol.
